One oft the most signature dishes of the Swabian cuisine:
"Linsen mit Spätzle und Saitenwürstle" which translates to
"Lentils with spaetzle and Vienna sausages".
Ingredients:
- 350 gram lentils
- 4 Vienna sausages
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 800g spaetzle
- onion with bayleaf and clove
