I’m planning on doing it similarly to my recent Schala’s Theme cover where it constantly builds and changes genre while attempting to not lose the original theme. I may make it my February video now that I’ve gotten to talking about it:D

I'm not sure why KZbin is just now putting this in my recommendations, but I'm glad I clicked on it. This is a superb arrangement with impressive playing of a great old song. Hopefully it finds its way into more people's recommendations and gets the views it deserves.

Despite the quality, the best acoustic arrangement so far on KZbin. You capture the full essence of the Final Fantasy saga with these arpeggios, dude! Thanks for uploading it.

I actually listen to this often. My favorite part is the vibrato at 5:04. I have been trying to play this for months, its not as easy as it looks especially the ending. This is by far the greatest arrangement for this song and not many can beat lonlonjp. You sir are incredible.

I was trying to figure out what made this sound so amazing, then I saw that it was tuned to DADFAF. I guess thats my answer. This is such a good piece.
@NobodyFromNowhere6 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Ryan. I pieced that tuning together specifically for this song, and then I found it applied to a lot of Final Fantasy songs based on how Nobuo Uematsu wrote during that period:) I'm glad you liked it!

@memphislaidtowaste It's my own arrangement based off the piano rendition. I made the tuning specifically for this piece, then it spawned many others. Eventually, I will have them all recorded, but I easily get distracted with life.

I’m getting all of these old comments that I’ve never seen and I’m trying to catch up. I’ve always been good about responding to people so it’s kinda embarrassing that these have sat:/ I do intend to redo my old recordings with upgrades. I don’t know that I’d turn this one into a March since it has such a nice free form flow to it and a March is trapped in a deliberate 2/4 beat. Maybe as an add on to the end? Hmmm…

I get them requested so often but I'm openly terrible at writing them:/

Ok thanks, will try put my own feel to it but still going to use your arrangement, as if I arranged it from scratch it would be so generic and plain! *funny story, when I first clicked this vid (sitting at my pc, with my classical guitar and Rubik's cube in front, green side up too!) definitely made me look around for the camera! lol
