And let's not forget that the Knicks still have a draft-and-stash player (Rokas Jokubaitis) overseas, who might be joining the Knicks Summer League if his country fails to qualify for the Olympics. So, in reality, it could be 5 new rookies (not just 4 rookies) that the team gets to evaluate in more detail this Summer.

If Rokas comes for Knicks Summer league it's not to join the Knicks. It is just to play and learn against better players.

@@user-wc1yz5hn2q - Dude, NONE of the players drafted last week are 'proven commodities'. They will ALL have to prove themselves in the Summer League, and then in pre-season a couple months later, and in the G-League. No one is guaranteed a spot on the roster, regardless of all the hype.

This is turning out to be the best Knick team ever assembled, I mean when you think about it we almost made it to the eastern conference final with a depleted team so the new talent along with current players will make this team extremely tough

New York Knicks played roller coasters with their draft picks. It was one up one down two up to down three up three down one down one up one down one up it took a couple of 10 times ups and downs to get what they want.

Apparently we also recieved a coach in the trade for pick 58 Hukporti. I read we also recieved the draft rights to Petteri Koponen

Truly a virtuous performance by Rose and his team!! The draft final picks took care of the primary Need of a back up point!!! The faxes that he Kolek has similar size n Moxy will be a benefit to the team No fallout if Brunson has to sit No hurry to force him into 2nd unit let him see how Brunson operates in the league n McBride n Kolek will be a huge threat come January bet on it!!

Knicks draft class is about as good as the 2024 lottery was...hit and miss! I thought that the Knicks should have traded the entire draft for 2025 or later...get some picks in better drafts ahead...hit and miss with these guys.

A few veteran minimums for what position? There's no room on the roster. Precious is a restricted free agent so we'll be able to bring him back no problem after it's all said and done and that brings the roster to 14 players. Ihart makes it 15 if we keep him, which is frankly extremely unlikely at this point.

@@acedatninja23 all the nba sources have been saying the knicks drafted players to have an immediate impact this year. They drafted the best passer in college Tyler kolek who a lot of people predicted they would draft at 24 but they got him in the second round instead. They also got mcullar Jr who's a polished defender who's a very large sg. These guys aren't blank slate teenagers, they're 23 years old and two of the most nba ready rookies in the draft
