Depends on your goal. Harvey spreads out his productivity through paying smart diligent staff handsomely. He knows how to tap into the skills of others and reward it. But, even if Louis worked more hours he literally had more money and investments than Harvey or Jessica, enough net financial assets to to keep Pearson Specter Litt afloat than either Harvey or Jessica.

Great video, as a big suits fan I agree that Harvey embodies "Live hard, play hard". He has a life outside of the office and clearly enjoys spending his money and using it unlike a lot of his collegues (like Louis) who we find out financially is much more succesful then Harvey, but spends all his days in the office slaving away. I do like how the show makes clear Harvey is not lazy, he put in all the hours when he was a young assosciate and earned the career that now affords him a bit more freedom to live his life. Ps, at parts of the video (mostly the middle) I found the music just a little too loud. I would deffo watch the volume as I am mostly here to listen to the channel not the music.

The 80/20 rule is more of a metaphysical idea rather than an astute observation of reality, especially when pertaining to "effort". It's flawed and majorly lacking. It makes certain false equivalences, for instance the example with business and value, there is no overlap here with "effort". The top 20 customers arent providing any effort, they're simply in need of x service. In a general sense there an axiom here, but it applies in no way to "effort".
