WOULD - Focus is on the motivation. For what reason would I do this? SHOULD - Focus in on obligation, necessity, or someone's expectation of me. Is there any reason this is expected of me? Will there be a negative consequence if I don't? You can search for more videos on modal verbs. Here's one. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipncaHagjKmUjpY
