I always love the line: If you always do what you've always done, you will always get what you always got!

Another West coaster here, checking in with the weekly vlog before bed. I am in deep awe and appreciation of the level of honesty and flexibility you demonstrate every time I've seen you speak. The love, care and respect you treat yourself with radiates out into your love, care and respect of everyone who watches. I adore the way you honestly describe how you strive to create a useful tool that is based on the best current brain science, and avoids unhelpful dogmas and rigidities of other programs people may have tried. Thank you for all you do, and here's to the next 15 years! :-)

Awesome part 2. Thank you. Day 239 since starting BLE and Day 17 of my reboot of Boot Camp. I started BLE at 204 and now I'm about to break into the 150s. I've put the scale away for now and I'm only weighing once a week as opposed to my usual daily. I'm a 10 too and I have to be really vigilant because not weighing things often makes everything start getting really wobbly. I haven't been this weight for 20 years. I've never in my adult life been at my goal weight and for the first time in my life, I am confident that I will get there.

I'm listening again today, what you say at 4:18 really resonates with me. I'm a 10 on the Susceptibility Scale and when I take 1/4 of an avocado instead of 1 oz when I've split my fat portion, things start getting dicey for me. I've learned that things go better when I stick with the scale. "Do what works for you and do what makes you free." Exactly. The other half of that is don't do what doesn't work for you and don't do what makes you crazy. Nut butter makes me crazy. S & F definitely make it all about the food instead of all about the people. Thank you so much for helping me help myself to get a handle on this wicked addiction. Peace is so much better than any food ever was or will be. Bless BLE and all the Unstoppable people who are part of this amazing movement.

I was anxiously awaiting today's vlog and am happy to be in the West coast so still up to watch. I have watched every vlog, am a bright lifers since end of March, listened to the last year and a half of recorded coaching calls, the last 6 months of daily accountability calls, some parts works sessions, the last three maintenance Monday calls, am on the bright lifers fb page every day and am in the Gideon games. I love you and the BLE community and I do it to have peace around food. I just got into my goal weight range this week and am HT&F! I have had a crystal vase since March 23 of this year but before that I had some crossing the lines and crashed my car (like your car analogy). But I graciously got a new car and am carefully staying inside the lines and enjoying the drive. And my highest self is driving so my other parts can sit in the back and sing songs! 😄

I just want to say thank you for expressing the part about how motivated you've always been to improve yourself and that food/weight has always been at the top of that list. Me too. And it's something I've always felt self conscious about. Your bold declaration made me feel more comfortable in my skin. Grateful to have found BLE. Thanks for taking the risk on us. :)

Thank you for this!! It hit home. You’re so real (that’s such an odd thing to say, but hopefully you know what I mean!). I start the 14-day challenge tomorrow!! I did a form of the bright lines in 2017 and had BIG success! I hope to get and STAY on track. I will replay this A LOT! Thank you!!!!!!

I am been a "Free Range" (non-boot camp) BLE since September 25, 2017. I was completely sold halfway through the first food freedom video. The idea that sugar and flour are poison is burned into my psyche. They are bad in any quantity. In my mind, they are just like heroin and cocaine. Virtually every health food crusader considers refined sugar to be horrible for your body and mind - in any quantity. The "block of ice" vs ice cube analogy made perfect sense to me with respect to both sugar and flour. Thank you for the 14 DAY CHALLENGE and all your vlogs and Facebook Live events.

Oh, Susan, I can't even BEGIN to thank you adequately for this video! I really needed to know that I can be a BLE eater even if I 'fall off the wagon' occasionally. Can you recommend a group and/or reading material on the many selves that inhabit us? I know they all seem to need different things. Your openness and nuanced thoughts on keeping and not keeping our lines bright are immensely encouraging to me. THANK YOU!
