@M43K I would advise you to change your current diet to a low calorie diet of 1,500 calories daily with 500 calories of exercise.

My bullyjuice workout 1) do the 5 min plank video 2) do the hardest pushup video 5 min 3) the morning workout 10 min video (even in afternoons) 4) do 5 min cardio video 5) do 5min chest video 6)finish with this Legs video 5 min -rest 5 mins and have cold shower -im no pro but I do all these in a row everyday total about 50mins why stretches And it has helmed me massively -a week straight and I see progress already - This man is a gift

I am 78 years old I have been exercising consistely for 35 years. I love a challenge and the young man provides this. Consistency is the secret to exercise and good health. If you are in a restaurant note the people that can get out of a chair without assist.

@Tyler Burgess if you're going to go hard at legs, then say have a day for upper body moves, then legs, then a day off... do it again.. then 2 days off... repeat... that type of thing 😎 quite a few ways to schedule your workout. I do full body and goneasy nothing too hard and do it 3 times a week. Give me rest and recovery with strength developing nicely

I love working out my legs. It is truly exhilarating. I run pretty much everyday, and I do the hardest leg workouts. Even with all that, this workout is a struggle. I watch your videos, and almost being a teenager, they really help me.

Did this workout 1 times after over a year of not.doing legs and was walking like I had snow shoes on for 2 days!! It hurt to walk I was so sore every jiggle of my leg muscle was very painful. Strong 💪 thanks brotha

Did this as my first workout after a month and a half of recovering from being sick(idk if it was covid, probably was, could've been sth else). Anyway, this workout gave me back some motivation to workout again and after a week or so, I'll start working out again Did this a week ago and my legs are still sore😂

@@swagboss10000 If you can incorporate this to your split that includes legs. Do it on your leg work out day. Know your split frequency and when to apply it.

Woooo! Did this after a pregnancy cardio workout at 38 weeks! I modified some things such as continuing air squats instead of moving onto the narrow squats because of my big belly, and calf raises during the bunny hops, but other than that, proud to say I smashed the whole thing! Feeling fantastic and PUMPED. Can't wait to get back into bully juice workouts post pregnancy when I am cleared.

I didn't believe that I just finished this workout also I just watched a 20min full body workout. I started watching your videos and exercise almost every day about two months and a half from now, and I participate in the 30 day challenge and it was a great idea to insert this habit in your daily life. but I still have one problem that is my weight didn't change, I tried my best to organize my meals. Thank you for all this positive content.

Pizza guy is right! I didn't LOOK like I was losing the weight but my clothes said otherwise from doing the 30 or 45 day challenge 😀! I wasnt able to workout for like a month or so but the foundation from all the push-ups and jumping jacks that I did from the bullyjuice 45 day challenge were still there. I usually lose inches before pounds and it does make a difference. Another thing I noticed from these workouts is I'm losing some inches or weight while at the same time I'm was also gaining muscle.

Doing your leg workouts is the number one reason my quads and glutes have increased in size and my strength in the gym doing Squats with weight has gone up as well..Can't thank you enough 💯💪... Ps. What workout shorts are you wearing??
