Balance and Stability
Take your TRX workout to the next level by adding a BOSU Ball. It will challenge your muscles and your balance in different ways. Your body works harder and recruits more muscles to maintain stability on the BOSU Ball. You get a deeper burn in your muscles in a shorter amount of time.
Have fun with it! When you lose your balance just try again!
Working out on a BOSU ball feels like every day life LOL.
Sometimes stable, other times out of balance. Challenging but extremely rewarding.
Demanding but joyful.
Frustrating but rewarding.
After all, the bigger the challenge, the greater the results!
Remember that we always grow and get stronger through difficulties. So welcome and accept them, in life and in your workouts!

P.S. Do not wear shoes made of soft material. Your foot will move while trying to hold your balance on the BOSU ball.
