I literally just went on a 10 minute rant to my partner about how you deserve more followers, everything from your sibilance correction to you speech is just well and truly above your competitors. Thank you for keeping strong with these releases, we love them and they’re the only good quality sleep meditations on KZbin. You guys are absolute legends!

This is exactly what I need so desperately! My cat has advanced kidney disease and I got v sick over it. Im trying to appreciate each day that she eats, drinks, uses the box etc. Thank you for knowing we need this.

I’m so sorry to hear this about you and your cat! :( It’s so heartbreaking when our little babies get sick and can’t communicate how they feel to us, and it becomes so much that we don’t know what to do anymore. Sarah, this couldn’t be more spot on for me. After more than 60 years of a career I’m making the transition into retirement. Needless to say I’ve been more than anxious not knowing what to expect. Your Sleep Meditation Hypnosis has helped me significantly over these last two weeks. I’ve been consistently falling asleep to them. My mood (sadness etc) thoughts have improved significantly. Hello dear!!! I have been strongly meditating for almost 5 years and love it. You’re all incredibly talented as well, so thank you sooo much! My question is how I have meditation during sleep time that’s over an hour, how do I keep this playing when falling to sleep? It seems to turn out hyper KZbin after the calming, and it then wakes me up after I was sleeping. So again, how do I shut it down through KZbin while I’m sleeping after long night meditation. Thank you again for your help!

I have this problem too but I save the meditations that I like and play them from the top and set it on automatic play next … I have the mediations going for hours continuously .

Turn off autoplay on the top right. If it's on, it looks like a play button. If it's off, it looks like a pause button.

If I am very tired and think I will fall asleep quickly, I will choose a video that is 1 1/2 hrs long. If my eyes are wide open when I lay down in bed, I will choose a 3 or 4 hr video. Rarely do I choose an 8 hr video. And be sure to turn off auto play so you don’t get commercials that wake you up after your chosen video ends!

I enjoy the speaker immensely, however the words and imagery of self limitation, fear, self-doubt blowing away like Autumn leaves is metaphorically ideal in a lucid dream state, but when I wake the fears, self-doubt and limitations of caregiving for elders who are glacially deteriorating reinforce my fears, and other-directed self-limitations and self-doubts. How does one cope with the realities post hypnosis, in order to intangibly "let go" of the Tangible?

Your fears and limitations are thoughts and beliefs that you choose to think. You can learn to replace those thoughts with feelings of gratitude for the abilities and circumstances that are good in your life. You are amazing for taking care of your elders. I admire your loving dedication. Give yourself credit for the beautiful person that you are. ❤

Think "I am strong. I am steadfast. I care about these people who need my help. I can recognize my limiting thoughts when they arise. I know they are self limiting. I am grateful for the ability to recognize these thoughts then let them go. My care for the elders is my sacred action of divine love. I am fulfilling the divine power within myself."

I'm interested to do a meditation on this topic but delta waves - they make me drowsy and this state remains after I wake up throughout the day. I'll appreciate it if you make instead a version with alpha waves or music without binaural frequencies at all. Maybe a shorter daytime version
