After making this video, I was telling Mr. Kevin that hose end spayer might be the easiest way to apply this product. Being you don't have to PRE wet the grass, it might be an easier method so do consider that. We'll check in on how this is doing in my lawn next couple of videos. Subscribe and follow along! Thanks all! God Bless!

Wow Your new house has good water pressure! My house after retiring and moving back to my old home town to be with family was built in 1955 and it just can't handle two of my sprinklers at once. I got everything to run two at a time with the timer and all but no go. Well I can but it just won't reach out any more then just running one at a time. Yard looks amazing in this video brother!! I like it because you give us the good, bad and ugly and your mistakes with success.

For context, EVERYTHING around here is crispy and dormant, except for Mr. Ferguson's lawn. Great job. I put mine down on the only section I have any hope of saving, and I believe even that was too late.

Quite a ditch in your front yard. But looked like you have dealt well with the massive slope

Yea man. It’s pretty severely slopped. Grass does tend to do well on it though. Thanks Darrell!

I'm pretty positive this is why my lawn survived summer heat last year. I use the granular but boy does this stuff help

Enjoying your lawn vids and words of faith as I’ve too struggled 🙏🏻I was low on N & K so I put down Flagship and a dose of 15-0-15 Potash. Going to do another test in June

Excellent brother. I actually just ordered my test yesterday. Gonna do that as well and make sure I’m on the right track.

Good video and your yard is looking good. So how high are you cutting the grass? 4inches? higher or lower. Although you have Fescue I'm trying to compare it with my KBG. I have a problem with my KBG laying over if I grow the grass to long. So about 3 1/2 is the longest I can grow it. I mow every 4 days. I am going to try the Hydretain but I'm a bit Leary. As you stated it draws in moisture from the air. I live in a semi-arid area and we have low humanity so wondering if it will behoove me and my watering bill. Guess I'll see. Hope to hear your opinion after testing.

Thanks William. I'm currently cutting around 4" tops. Could be a hair below that but if so, not by much. I'm not sure if Hydretain would be smart for you or not. Money wise versus dependability that is. Worth a try to test and see. I've heard great things about it. Time will tell.

Mr. Ferguson really threw out the kitchen sink. Lawn is looking great. I must try hydratain. I read or watched a pro that mentioned that for his not irritated properties he uses the max rate the first month and the following two he uses a maintenance rate. He said that the lawns stay green all summer long. Thanks for be willing to test and share all this to teach us what we can or should not do👍🏼
