As a water sign as a kid I lived mostly in the present, than as a teen in the past traumas, than as a young adult in present, than was dealing with a trauma in my present until i felt and healed from it and not suppressed it but then started to worrying about the future, only around when my period about to start, but now I normally live in the present.
