A really good addition here is Marvin, Murderous Mimic, especially since it can use your commander's ability the turn the commander enters play.

I use Omen Hawker(MOM), Training Grounds(MAT) & Omnispell Adept(GRN) together as a way to pay zevlor's ability and the instant or sorcery spell for free.

I will definitely tell you from experience, this deck wont really work. Ive played zevlor a lot and it wont win a single game. Too many untap spells, and you wont ever have enough mana to cast and copy with zevlor. Also you lack finishers, cards like din of the fireheard, and eternal dominion. Copy ability artifacts are good and in this deck draws enough cards with cards that exile the top of other peoples decks, huge card selection, also one last tip, land removal seems fun but isnt really worth it with this deck, its best for removel that also makes treasures since you will make triple times the treasure most of the time that basically refunds your mana and helps you build to the bigger spells to help you finish the game that will cost a ridiculous amount of mana. I can post my decklist if you want, i knwo this is on a budget but my list isnt that expensive neither. Not that this deck is bad, its just zevlor is a very niche commander and i can tell from experience that building it this way really helps it keep it afloat, also some pillowfort cards like propagandq, kazzul tyrant of the cliffs and ophiomancer also helps since you will be fragile to attacks.
