hey just a thought - put a piece of tarp under your mulcher - let the woodchips accumulate on it - pick up the corners like a big old santa sack and put the whole lot in your wagon - would save you all the shovelling into the wagon. Just a thought. You work so hard anyway - something to save a bit of time and effort would be wonderful.

When you were teaching Corbin about the motor and fixing it, it reminded me of my Dad teaching me how to do things on the farm. Even though I was a girl he would teach me anything I was interested in! :) I learned from Mom & Dad so I was blessed. Watching you and your family makes me homesick for being a kid again.

The reason I like to watch your channel is the realism having a rough day, plans not being realized, etc you show it, cause hey, life is not perfect and when you work with machinery some days are frustrating as all get out. Love how your teaching Corbin the mechanics of the chipper we just did that with one of the grandsons showed him how to grease the tedder, rake and disc. Next will be the mower, baler and wagons. Might need a needle and seat for your carburator. Never leave gas in any lawnmower,etc, the fuel gums up the carb.

The wind had no sound problem for me….but it was very noticeable as you guys were working and everything was blowing around! It was so sweet of Corbin to come and help Dad and was interested in everything you were explaining to him! This episode on the woodchipper was absolutely the best episode so far. You definitely have a gift for fixing things and the persistence to follow through. I do not have that talent. The fact that you buy older machinery and make it work is far more interesting to me than people trashing their stuff that doesn’t work and buying the newest model available. In your next Q And A would you talk about the older boys and what their interests are-do they go to school? I think the youngest boy is Brett who helps in your activities and seems so interested in working on the homestead with you. I do enjoy watching your videos and the work you do on the homestead. Sure is always good to see Buggy Sister Lilly, but even more fun to see your sons getting to the age where some are more interested in homesteading than last year. They are so lucky to be able to see you fix things so they can learn too. I particularly enjoyed your welding lesson with your boys and the Rhodes boys. Watching Meg in the kitchen always teaches me so much about feeding a crowd. Needless to say, I love your posts and your family.
