If you like this type music (more alternative and rnb like style) I would like to suggest Baek Yerin (or Yerin Baek in western notation). She's a korean singer/songwriter and has very much a narrative style of songwriting and singing akin to that of Taylor Swift or Conon Gray. Plus, she tends to sing in English, at least with her two most recent albums. I think you would really love her artistry and style.
