I don't know if you think the other Winter Olympic Games is better, but one of things I love about that game is that if you pair certain characters together and win events, (like Mario and Sonic for instants) they'll have special animations. I don't know why, but there's just something charming about it.

What's REALLY cool about the figure skating is that it takes place in the Pacific Coliseum, a place I was once in to see a Giants Game, and it is one of the former homes of the Vancouver Canucks.

So, a winter sports game where you snowboard and ski and then you sometimes get to fly around in the sky on a gliding thing and you get to customize them too. Is anyone thinking that this game became an inspiration for the Ubisoft game, Steep? Not to mention that they even helped Sega fill the void on the offical Olympic games thing after they weren't able to make a Pyeongchang winter Olympics game obviously because of both the Nintendo Switch hype and the timing of the actual winter Olympics by releasing a Road to the Olympics expansion DLC or a bundle with the DLC and the game itself. Also, it's nice to see you design a level with Sonic in Super Mario Maker, but why call it Sonic Rush? You do know that name is already used.

Those who say Boom is the worst series of games to ever come from the Sonic series seem to forget that games like Sonic Labyrinth, Sonic Genesis, Sonic and the Secret Rings, and Sonic 06 seem to exist... No comment on these game at all. Nope. They just experience a few glitches and suddenly, "No! Sonic Boom is infinitely worse than those games!"

Vancouver 2010 is awesome. The olympic events are fun to play, more dream events and they are the best parts of the game, party games, festival is amazing so many things to love in this game. Overall I give Vancouver 2010 8/10 the 2nd best mario and sonic game in the series.

Some of the Sonic songs in this game are remixes. Radical Highway and Sky Sanctuary are remixed, and I think Seaside Hill is remixed as well, and there’s probably some more.

Bought this right before the 2010 olympics, and i loved it. I was really into the Vancouver games and this game definitely helped. Spent a bunch of time with it, buying items and changing music and what not. Its dumb, but its fun, and it served its purpose in time for me

Hmm, actually disagree with you a bit there Clement, I for one would class this minigame compilation as above average, and definitely more so than the first olympics game. The motion controls feel intuitive, and while some events are similar, they are all nonetheless fun and furthermore I think the expanded amount of dream events help to make this game very diverse and expansive. The presentation is astounding and everything from the character selection, to the music, to the festival mood, to the customisation, there's just so much to do in this game and it just has such a great atmosphere about it! I always love playing this game around christmas! (speaking of which, I'm surprised you didn't talk about the VIPs and the Santa VIP that appears in the game during December)

ShadowDragon23 I played it... I didn't think it was that bad. I didn't run into glitches. I did the Knuckles glitch. It happened. I moved on. Gameplay wise, it was OK. I've also played worse. I'm not putting Rise of Lyric below games like Sonic 06 and Sonic Labyrinth. I've experienced worse problems with Sonic 06, glitches, gameplay and all.
