3 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1 can of garbanzos, drained
1 c. sundried tomatoes
1 bag of spinach (or kale)
1/2 c. cream
1 c. parmesan
Sauté garlic and flakes until fragrant. Add garbanzos, tomatoes and spinach. Cook down until incorporated and spinach is wilted. Add cream and cheese, stir thoroughly and devour!
