I “pomodoro” for an hour per module now, no breaks. I started from 15 minutes segments. It works and it keeps you motivated.

It was smart of you to start with a time that works for you, I like that. That's why I like the pomodoro, it helps you start small, and very soon you are able to establish a stronger work ethic and work a bit longer. It's a great motivator, obviously you have to be willing to put in the work :) Happy Studying :)

Procrastination...The enemy of progress. This is an interesting method for breaking down your work cycles into more manageable bursts. Especially when attempting to take a deep dive into theory. I shall definitely try this out. Thank you for the video. Five-minute meditations work wonders as well to refresh oneself mentally...especially in the afternoons.

I like the pomodoro method as I use it to clean the house and ironing which I don't like but with pomodoro I see myself really improving in house work but I first battled with the 5 minutes break, it was too short for me but I'm getting there, tks very much.
