Here is my idea. what if bliss wasn’t alone, but had her own team of Powerpuff girls? The other two would be named Breeze and Bright, and their dresses will be cyan and yellow respectively. I would also change blissed outfit from purple to magenta. If you don’t get what I’m doing, I’m basing their colors off the CMY color scale just like how the Blossom bubbled and buttercup are based off the RGB color scale.

A friend of mine did a design where Bliss was the child of a scientist who wanted to make her own power puff girls to protect her city. In her version of the story, Bliss was exposed to the materials used to make the power puff girls as a baby. Her powers didn't manifest until she was older in which her mom sent her to the professor so they could either cure her or teach her to control her powers. Personally, I like their version better.

(Based off the og powerpuff girls) What if Mojo jojo was disappointed with how the rowdyruff boys turned out? He could've went onto create an "infiltration" plan with a new powerpuff girl, but he would need them to trust her. So, he based her appearance on the first, nice child he saw and then gave her the color scheme of Bunny to make her more trustworthy in their eyes. But what he didn't take into count was that, while basing her off the nice child he saw, he accidentally made her empathetic like said child. Bliss tried to push her empathy down for her creator, but when the powerpuff girls and their dad accepted her as one of their own, she started having second thoughts on her infiltration mission. Eventually, siding with them to take down Mojo jojo.

Backstory: Far away in a different country, Professor Blackout wanted to make a different species of human. She wanted this certain species to be more Intelligent and advanced than humans. She was on The Way of making what she wanted when she tumbled upon complications, these complications can only be solved with chemicals, but there was a problem. these chemicals only existed in other countries. She started an adventure on collecting all of these chemicals to make the most advanced human subspecies she can. As She went to her last destination to retrive the last chemical. She heard about how the Powerpuff girls came to be. but she was envious of the professor because she thought he stole her idea of a subspecies of human. since she made it well known about her project all around the area. On her last Night there she got all the chemicals in order to make bliss. She managed to take in the chemical x also because she belived bliss would be more powerful with it. When bliss was finally complete Professor Blackout Brought her on a mission to Eradicate The City, she sent bliss on a flight back to the city of townsville. This is the start where bliss can Cause havoc and meet the girls. I got permission from Ethan Hernandez To Add Their Idea onto Our Backstory they also Came up with The Name Of Said Professor at the Beginning, So Thank Them as well. Extra: As Professor Blackout Spoke About Her project, Many other Professors Decided to Follow Along, But Only two Of Them Suceeded, They Never Heard of Professor Utonium's Story or Even heard about Chemical X and What it did. So They Completed and 2 More girls were made, Breeze and Blight. Together They Were Powerful. Since Professor Blackout was Friends with The 2 Professors They Were Friends with Each other and They were also Like Sisters. When Bliss was On the Private Flight To The City of Townsville, They Also Came along. Now Not Only Can Bliss's Journey Start, She also Has 2 Friends with her on this journey.

Backstory concept: Bliss is a new girl at school. The powerpuff girls get in a group with Bliss for a science group project. The powerpuff girls think that using the lab to make it easier and bring in bliss. The experiment goes wrong, and chemical X breaks on the floor and touches Bliss. They clean up and don’t think too much about it but the girls are still somewhat anxious. A few days later Bliss discovers her powers and uses them recklessly, not knowing. She doesn’t tell anyone and just tries to figure out herself. Eventually she ends up accidentally destroying something and the powerpuff girls show up to the scene. Then the “To be continued” plays. Hope you like it :)

My idea for bliss's backstory: Bliss starts off as a regular girl who goes to the powerpuff girl's school. Bliss becomes friends with the powerpuff girls and quickly becomes amazed by their powers, she is jealous and upset that no matter how close her and her new friends get they will always be separated by her own lack of superpowers. one day she is invited to spend the night at their house and when trying to find something (idk maybe like a stuffed animal she brought im not a writer) she heads into the lab, bliss has good intentions and wants to help the girls fight crime, and decides to use some of the things in the lab on herself so she can have powers too, but she goes overboard. her new powers get so strong that she cant control herself and starts wreaking the lab, the powerpuff girls wake up to the noises downstairs and quickly run to see whats happening, they find bliss and do some hero stuff or something to turn her back to how she was without powers, a lesson was learned and the professor, seeing how bliss destroyed his lab, thinks she owes him back. bliss becomes the professors understudy and assistant and instead of having superpowers has more technology based abilitys, i think this would help with the more meta feel the reboot is trying so hard to display, obviously theres a lot of holes in the story but i think it at least makes sense, correct me if I'm wrong though i honestly don't remember much lore of the original show I just like it and have been watching it since i was a kid.

I have two, actually: Bliss, the hero: The profesor Úrsula, was exhausted, she had no ideas, she was desesperate. The world, the country, her city was a horrible place to live. In one of her journeys, searching for a hero to save the world...or at least, her city, she heard a explosion, a really big one, so she come closer to that sound. Was in that moment that she saw four lights across the sky. They we're Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and the most recent one, Bunny. The profesor was impacted, she didn't believe what she saw at the moment. She followed them, and saw their potencial, being a superhero or a supervillain. She was impressed when the purple one exploded, she was made, not born. After that moment, Úrsula didn't have to find a hero, she could create one. Bliss, as the villain: I don't really have a history here, but I like the idea that a new supervillain appears with a new ppg, a more powerful one. Bliss don't know she's with a villain that attacks at the superheros, she thinks that she is the good one, and after a battle with the girls, she realizes that she was the villain minion and decides to make team with them to stop the true villain.

🚨Fanfiction Time! 🚨 Bliss is from the same parallel universe as the Powerpunk Girls (the evil PPG from the comic). Good!Mojo Jojo or Good!Him tries to create his own PPG to combat the evil. But he gets the ingredients wrong, and creates Bliss. Poor Bliss can’t control her powers, and can’t take on The Powerpunks on her own. Good!Mojo Jojo or Good!Him finds the parallel universe, that our Powerpuff Girls reside in. He then tells Bliss to go to the this other universe, and get some help. Fast forward, Bliss learns to control her powers, and tells Good!Mojo or Good!Him how to create his own PPG. He gets the ingredients wrong AGAIN, only this time we get Good!Rowdyruff Boys (or new ambiguously brown™️ boys idk), instead. They fight the Powerpunks, and actually win. Bliss and her new brothers become the “Powerpuff Girls” of their universe. They dedicate their lives to fighting crime, and the forces of evil. End. It’s not good, but ANYTHING would have been better than what we got 😭 Also, I love the redesign!

I remember having this dream one night about the PowerPuff Girls. I wrote it down in my journal and the synopsis I can give is that Professor Utonium had a separate secret team of crime fighters where they fight bigger dangers of the world and the girls took on the smaller monsters. Bubbles finds out about this one day when meeting a monkey guy who introduced himself as "Strider" and tells Bubbles to beware of the Professor and she relays the information to Buttercup and Blossom about it who just write it off as weird. I don't remember much after that, but the girls feel idk betrayed??? I guess and run away joining a team of other heroes and Strider is there being their mentor I guess, and much later the Professor begs for the girls to come help them in a battle and they decline at first out of spite but come around and save the day. *It was one weird ass dream…*

5:15 Okay, so apparently this artist in Spo0ksi's Discord server not only gave Bliss a redesign in terms of appearances, but they also gave her a whole new different backstory for her anime (Powerpuff Girls Z) counterpart: Bliss came from London, and had met Professor Utonium in a Mathematics Tournament, and there she met Duchess Morbucks who then becomes her (only) best friend. She then tags along with her to head back to Tokyo (Or New Townsville), and then she finally meets the Powerpuff girls Z face to face, with her being a huge fan of them ever since they made news worldwide I think? However, unlike the original Bliss, the artist decided not to give her any actual superpowers (probably to balance out the amount of superheroines), however they still gave Bliss the 'caring, overprotective big-sister' attitude whenever she's with the ppg. And when they find out she and the professor knew each other, it comes to their shock that Bliss is also the daughter of Professor Utonium's (former) college friend, the anime counterpart of Dick Hardly. Man that was a lot to type

My Backstory for bliss (sorry for the bad writing and abit of a dark story) : a former successful scientist/inventor famous for their anti crime and safety devices thrown out of the limelight due to the discovery and making or the powerpuff girl because the city of townsvil is no longer as dangerous the gadgets become useless and a thing of the past. Their statis falls from hero to a nobody overnight. The failed scientist cant handle this and snaps. They snap and blame the professor. However they don't become a villain just yet instead they become obsessed with making a new and improved version of the power puff girls so that people with acknowledge them once again as a savior and regain their former glory. Years past and the scientist is a shadow of the person they once were. Only living to upstage the professor and complete his longtime goal. After the whole copy cat fiasco they track down dick and ask him for the formula. Dick refuses. The scientist breaks and finally becomes a villain they torment dick into giving them the formula. They get it and spend more years perfecting it and improving it using cruel means and uses each failed attempt in their experiments. Finally they think they've cracked the formula. During one of their experiments bliss is created using the failed experiments and is one seemingly perfect. The scientist raises her in a closed environment to be the perfect power puff girl. Strict and mean, they constantly compare her to the power puff girls. Years pass and unlike the power puff girls bliss ages. The scientist this of this as an example of their superiority and decided it's time to release bliss into the public. All these years bliss just wants to be a normal girl and go to school and away from the scientist. The scientist steps back into the spotlight and makes the debut disguising it as a a superise event. Everyone is invited. The professor hearing about this immediately get excited as this scientist is one of his inspirations to create the power puff girls and better the city. However he had not gotten a chance to thank them as they had disappeared soon after the creation of the power puff girls. So the professor goes alone and sends the girls off to bed early. At the debut due to intense pressure and a new environment as bliss is revealed she feels an overwhelming amount to be 'perfect'. Her body becomes unstable and she starts glowing her once dark hair and purple eyes turn neon blue and she hears the past experiments calling her to be perfect. Bliss in a daze searches for people to save but everyone is fine. In a panic to be perfect she makes her own scenarios to save people from. However due to her overwhelming amount of strength chaos and panic ensues. At the house the power puff girls wake up to the citizens screams and quickly get to action. There the girls encounter bliss floating above town hall with people running away in a panic. They girls are Shocked to see another power puff girl but even more shocked due to the professor dangling in bliss's arms. They try to settle it as usual with a fight but are quickly stopped with another of bliss's freakouts. Then the girls try to negotiate with bliss. If they beat her is a competition she'll let go of the professor if she wins they'll go. Bliss agrees due to the opportunity of proving that she's perfect. Thus is the moment she's been raised for to beat them. Atleast that's what the voices tell her. She set the professor down and soon the competition starts. The girls win and try to calm down bliss. Bliss refuses and asks for countless rematches. They girls win all of them. Bliss starts to get into another freakout. She doesn't understand how their winning, she's supposed to be perfect. In an outrage she attacks them. The girls are weakened and from the distant rumble the scientist come out telling her to finish the girls. Bliss still confused and panicked starts to breakdown and asks the girls why she isn't perfect. The girls even though weakend seem to realize that bliss wasn't intentionally destroying things that she was scared and afraid. The girls filled with compassion and a newfound outlook on bliss comfort her and start sharing tales of their own mishaps. They complement her inner and outer strengths and bliss never having experienced such kindness is overwhelmed and instead of instigating the voices give a mournful cry of happiness and slowly disappear. Bliss now back to normal looks around at her destruction. Luckily none was severely harmed. She offers to fix everything up. However the scientist now out of the rubble is enraged and calls bliss a failed experiment saying if one wants something done right to do it themselves. Bliss about to retaliate finally having enough is cut off short. The scientist after years of searching finally had chemical x. They drink it and they start to transform into a grotesque monster. Being to powerful for the girls to take on themselves. Bliss tries to take them on by themselves but also isn't enough. Soon they decide to team up. Together they Duke it out with the monster and defeat it. They bond over their win. and with the help of the citizens start to rebuild. After finishing up the city has to decide what to do with bliss. And if she's a risk to the city. Bliss prepares to leave. The girls are deeply saddened by the sudden loss of their new friend. Bubbles makes a one sided remark saying if only she could stay with them. The girls quickly jump at the idea and beg the professor to let her stay. The professor having seen how scared she had been of failing and how well she got along with the girls finally agreed. They stop bliss inviting her to stay with them. She's overjoyed and says yes. The town still reluctant doesn't know how to react yet the mayor is ecstatic and shocked saying wowee how he never could've imagined have four powerpuff girls protect the town. And with that the town cheers and accepts her as an official citizen and powerpuff girl. The four girls and the professor share a hug as the citizens cheer in the background. It fades to the encards and the girls appear as the narrator say once again the city of townsvil is save that thanks to the thr- then bliss appears and the narrator corrects himself and repeats once again the city of townsvil is save thanks to the four power puff girls blossom buttercup bubbles and bliss. It fades to black and scene. The end.

I got a backstory! Well.. maybe not a backstory I don't think but anyway- The girls gets calls to fight crime, but when they get to the crime location, nothing is wrong, as if someone else stopped them, they start to think, are they being tricked or something else entirely? So they do some experiments, meaning, they find crime, but they don't stop it, so they wait on a rooftop... And guess who stops the crimes.. bliss! But she's not alone, there was also, bunny and bell!(maybe you recognize them? ^^) and the girls are like "what and who are you?"they say they're there to fight crime, and was made by someone in a lab, long story short, they had a rivalry but after a while they became friends!

To be fair, there aren't a lot of simple 'B' names that feel like they match (maybe Bea/Bee), and Princess is already using Yellow (i know she's not a Powerpuff Girl, but that's what she wants to be), so that only leaves orange and purple, unless you want to start getting into tertiary colors like mauve, teal, chartreuse, or use neutral colors like white, brown or gray. I guess what I'm saying is that it's hard to be unique in the world of PPG OCs.

personally, when i see bliss' skin tone, i think of a dark asian/medium asian. when i look at bliss i CAN see black, but what i see more is a darker asian, i think it might be that my mind associates that color with darker asians because ive drawn darker asians and used a similar color to that and when i draw african americans i use much darker so that people can 100% tell "ok so they are black". also when you look at it when she is in the light, the skin looks like a tannish-orange which, in my opinion, resembles an asian more than it does an african american.

Ok. I just found this and I got tons of ideas. In the comment section, there is an idea of multiple Powerpuff girls and I love it! It would also be an incredibly interesting plot point. Maybe Bliss has her own team and her own version of the professor. Maybe there are multiple teams throughout the world with their own city's and villains. That would be a really cool plot point with great world-building. Maybe the Powerpuff girls would have to move around a lot. They would meet other versions of themselves. That would lead to the question, why are there so many when they thought they were the only ones? Where was the chemical X coming from? Maybe there was a big bad that distributed chemical x for some reason or another. Maybe there is an evil eldritch being like HIM that needs to be defeated. Honestly, they could've done a lot more with the lore that way. Maybe HIM has his own creator. Maybe they need to defeat a HER or something. IDK much about the power puff lore, but that would be really cool.

I was not actually the fan of PPG in my age as others (I live in a small country and in that year, I don't remember having Cartoon Network in my language, but I will try to suggest my idea since I heard a lot as long I am on the internet). And I enjoyed creating her in the moments as I was writing her, I would like to be a writer and this was fun and refreshing from my block. :D -------- Bliss could be actually just a little younger than them, but a little (like months, depends on the development). A very ambitious professor will try to re-create the Powerpuff Girls into one single girl, a new superhero. Made to be the ultimate Powerpuff Girl the world will know, not just to save one city but the whole world - the rival of the Powerpuff Girls, that she will challenge them into saving people - the challenge will cause her to be unstable (the trait her creator will always try to hide). The ambitious professor will make her very ambitious too, strong, fast, and powerful (her main power could be toxicants and chemicals, as a reference to Chemical X and her creator uses A LOT of that for her to be the "ultimate little hero"). As the story goes, Bliss realizes that her "parent" is toxic person, using her to make them rich, powerful, and able to get all the chemicals in the world t make copies of Bliss and be called so "hero" themselves (simply, an antagonist with the goal, turning out to be the real final boss for Bliss and her new friends). Bliss's personality could be like her creator's - ambitious (as mentioned), brave, risking her life, but will also think things through and try not to do mistakes (well until the PPG team arrives, she will get jealous of them, how they are so harmonized and she is unstable).

Bliss could have been a great character if they didn't shove her the "Elsa backstory". Also, they missed a perfect opportunity of showing a flashback of the professor gathering the ingredients to make Bliss, and then when it comes to sugar there's none in the supermarket, then he looks around and says "Oh well, brown sugar might work as well" It would be such a stupid but amazing joke

I felt like the three main girls fit too well together because of how they were designed, and Bliss's colors didn't fit in, so I made her colors yellow, orange and dark blue in mine- since there was already Blossom with red colors, Bubbles with blue, and Buttercup with green, the color I find works with those was yellow-

An idea I've thought about: The professor actually created all 4 girls at once but didn't think he could take care of that many children so he had a colleague, from another town, take bliss instead. I think this concept works better if there is an additional 5th girl who also goes as it would give two personalities to bounce off each other and would make potential episodes about them more interesting, also making the concept of episodes solely about them possible
