@@MovewithmeFit its the unnatrual symmetry of muscles that you dont get as a real natural lifter. Even with ronnie colemans genetics you will always see a fake natty. if just everything is big and full and lean its impossible. as natural you will see flaws always at your specific muscles. like big shoulders but not chest or back. Most famous are calves or forearms that just lack luster most of the time no matter how you train them as natural lifter. And hes tall and white basiclly none optimal genetics. for muscle growth there are outliers but you will see black people with that physique way more often as real nattys then white people
@jmbcars5 ай бұрын
@MovewithmeFit you do have decent delts, especially for a natty. You definitely have good shoulder genetics but fake natty shoulders are usually different. When theres a debate on someones natty status it generally means they look good and almost always the shoulders are over developed compared to the average.

Wall of text incoming, because I have nothing better to do with my time than think about this. It's just that so many things don't add up. Even going by photos, this guy had an insane physique 10 months in - 175lbs at single digit bodyfat. From 120lbs, that's 55lbs of almost pure lean tissue gained, IN 10 MONTHS. Even if you had your training and diet dialed in from the start as a beginner (practically impossible), AND started off severely underweight, you won't only put on lean mass as a natural, which is what this guy did based on his progress pics. This is smoking gun here, honestly. Renaissance Periodization has a great video based on studies that states for top tier genetic naturals, one can expect to gain 5-15lbs of lean tissue in your first year of training. Years 2-3, up to 7.5lbs per year, and after that, 1-5lbs per year. This means that for TOP natty professionals at 5'9, they hit 180lbs stage lean at a minimum 7+ years of training if they started around 130lbs. Greg is openly ENHANCED, competed professionally AND won, and notes 60lbs is the amount he put on over his entire bodybuilding career. Hussein putting on 55lbs in 10 months is so absurd it's not even funny. This guy is 5'11. It might be possible for Shaq to put on 55lbs of lean tissue in 10 months if he started off underweight. Not for someone near the average height. Lets also get into the idea of perfect training and diet. Nobody starts off with optimal training and diet. Even if they're told what to do from the start, so much of it comes down to what works for you PERSONALLY. It's only through trial and error over months and years that you discover what's optimal for YOU - Exercises that you feel a mind-muscle connection for, that you enjoy, that cause minimal injury, etc. The same goes for diet, what you can eat that satiates you on a cut, what you can eat repeatedly for long periods of time, etc. Let's even be generous and assume that it only took this guy 3 months to dial ALL of that stuff in. We're meant to assume that this absurd level of muscle growth occurred within the remaining 7 months? The final nail in the coffin, IMO, is the fact that he said he values speed of results as much as the journey it takes to get there. Anyone who has been lifting for any period of time will tell you that the journey is the most therapeutic part of bodybuilding. It's a mental release, a sense of accomplishment, and discipline that keeps you going in the sport. His mindset that is literally the same as so many kids jumping to PEDs early - they want results NOW. Just as a thought experiment, lets say this guy did mountains of research prior to starting, and so had most of his shit locked down from the start, are we going to assume he would have learnt NOTHING about PEDs? I'm a lifetime natty and even I know a hell of a lot about them by osmosis from fitness KZbin channels (which he admits he also watches). His reluctance to talk about them, and emphasize that he "knows nothing about them" screams 'kid who denies having eaten cookies despite having chocolate on his face'. Don't get me wrong, drugs alone don't lead to a physique like this. He still has to work extremely hard, has great genetics as far as muscle insertions go, and he's obviously a hyper-responder to whatever he's taking. But way too many hints here point towards PED use. If you hear hooves, think horses, not zebras. The reason it's so important to get this straight is because he's SELLING things based on his physique. To do so whilst claiming natural gives a lot of false hope to newbies looking to follow the same route, and as a result makes them either quit early because they don't get the results they think they will, or even worse, gets them to turn to PEDs themselves in an effort to 'keep up' and look the part. Aside from the social impact, this guy is literally shaving years off his life for nothing other than wanting to "look good" (his words). It's a horrible, horrible thing to do to yourself so young. If you're still on the fence about what to believe, just consider what's more likely; this 22 year old is a genetic anomaly the likes of which has quite literally almost never been seen before, with results in a timeframe that puts almost every lifetime competitive natural bodybuilder to shame, all while starting only 2 years ago? Or is it more likely that he took PEDs and lied about it? I'll even simplify it further for you: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

What no… the average person can gain 35lb in 2 years, IF they do most of the things right (which doesn’t apply for most people within their first 2 years). So let’s consider he somehow managed to do everything perfect within his first 2 years and has elite genetics, then 60lb in my option COULD be possible, but not while staying at these bodyfat percentages.
