That was for floor. Simone won 3 gold medals (Teams, All Around, and Vault) and got a silver for Floor. She unfortunately didn't medal for Beam due to an uncharacteristic fall, but given that it's usually unlikely for the All Around gold medalists to medal in other events (mostly because they used all of their energy to get the All Around medal, that's normal (it's kind of what happened with Sunisa Lee, and even then she still got bronze in Bars). (Though I know this is off topic, the Italians surprised everyone by having an Italian gold medalist for Beam and they won silver for Teams. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but Italy NEVER medals, it's usually the USA, China, Russia or Romania who medal. Both Italy and Brazil were dark horses this year, Italy more so since they don't even have their own Rebeca Andrade and they did as usual in the last Olympics) Frankly, a lot of people aren't also talking about how both Simone Biles and even Rebeca Andrade are also outliers since there's not many Olympic Gymnasts who are 27 and 25 and competing at their level. At their age, many gymnasts are retiring and both medalled!

I suffer from paranoia. And I basically sabotaged my own career,because I was afraid that very evil people rule the world and I would be used and abused by them if I pursued my career. Seeing such a decent human being like you josh,I know that’s not true. You inspired me to revitalize my music. Which actually gave me a little peace in this chaotic world. Thank you so much. I felt so attacked as a French when he said "the first Black woman to get a gold medal in fencing"! I know many Americans do not care about fencing (that's ok) and font know anything about other countries (that's NOT okay), but Laura Flessel is a LEGEND in France, and I think she's pretty famous worldwide, as far as "fencing famous" carries you. She's the only fencer most people in France can name anyway. Just a small comment to educate you. BTW, her first two gold medals were won in the USA, in Atlanta in 1996!
@ragantate39954 ай бұрын
Your beef is with education structure on a grand scale. Plus not everyone watches the Olympics to recall names. I can say it’s possible you’re not familiar with what goes on here in America regarding African Americans from what you just said here & that would still be due to information available or lacking. You gotta be here to know just like we got to be there to know is what it is.

Have you ever been to a black church? How about a black owned business? Attended an HBCU? Probably not because if you had, youd likely know what a BLACK JOB is. When someone mentions black unemployment at historic lows under Trump or massive funding for HBCUs that had never been done before TRUMP it's not black empowerment. And during the debate, it was the guy from the party that started the KKK, founded and enforced Jim Crow laws, built unstable and unreliable section 8 project houses, killed Lincoln, and the party of the same guy who said if you don't vote for him you ain't black and introduced the Crime Bill of the 90s to keep control over the "racial jungle" that mentioned black jobs first. That would be the Democrat party. The party that has been promising you better for 60 years and never coming through and saying it's because the other side when they have had control the MAJORITY of the time and when they have the congress and presidency they fund corporations and increase taxes and if you don't agree with them you are racist and sexist and that same party is now behind Harris who is so Black now, she married a white Jewish guy and is step-mom to his white babies but wants you to kill your black babies and encourages you to do so. Take your emotions out of it and look at what they have done and stop listening to what they say and you will be finally woke. When you wake I hope you aren't sad for being so naive to let them trick you and lie to you. Republicans have their problems too but the dems are just evil. They will destroy this country and they don't care about the people they just want the power.
