Amazing tips, but could you talk more about managing a team with more technical examples of organisation, like do you do weekly reports or meetings how many of them how often, how do you keep accountable how do you delegate projects, who does the task breakdown, do you do it on notion spreadsheets etc? How do you keep your personal information safe while still allowing people to manage your things like finances or social media.
