Wow, what a great BBQ place. Very high quality. Just went to Korean BBQ a couple of weeks ago to one of the most popular places in San Diego... Although good not anything like this place. Whew you guys sure did good getting so many items. We could only order 4. Meat was not as tender as what you are experiencing. I'm interested as to how Derrick knows so much about Asian food and the names. Is that from being with Catherine? Love your videos whatever the format. Keep up the great work!

Wow, your table is groaning with all those dishes of delicious food. I could never consume the amount of food you two eat, but it all looks fabulous! Enjoy, I’ll keep watching!

Looks like a great _All You Can Meat_ spot! The best description I've heard for Wagyu/Kobe is _'Meat Butter'!_ It just melts in your mouth! _SayHiToMatthew_ wants to know why Derek didn't eat the oyster?🤣 Another great video Derek & Catherine!

Your video came at the perfect time for me! I've been wanting to try KBBQ for a while now. There is a small place in my town, but the reviews are lousy and it seems like a person can only order one meat as a meal - only Kalbi or only pork belly, etc. It is definitely not AYCE. It would take a large party to get any variety at a table. I grew up on the Chesapeake Bay so when I want to eat off-strip I usually go to Crab Corner to tear into some steamed blue crabs but I'm needing a change. I love to fondue at home so the idea of grilling my own prepared meats at a restaurant sounds right up my alley. I remember how much fun it was to order the special appetizer platter at a pan-Asian restaurant when I was young. They offered some skewered marinated meat (sometimes chicken sometimes beef) for diners to cook of a wee hibachi in the middle of the serving platter along with some other treats to nosh on. I saw that you two also tried 888 Japanese a few years back which is the same concept but slightly different meats and definitely offering more Japanese sides/appetizers. Did you prefer one over the other? Or do you have a totally different tabletop grilled meat restaurant that you prefer in Vegas?
@AllYouCanVegas15 күн бұрын
Thanks so much! Right now, Gangnam is our favorite. 888 Japanese is also excellent.

Back in the 1940's and 50's, boys would be called sissys if they took-up cooking and typing classes with all the girls. Now men are doing lots of cooking and typing is a must for men also. I got left out and can't type except for my index finger and I know ZILCH about cooking. Thank you teachers for not letting the boys do any cooking or typing.

There are very limited places in Las Vegas, Nevada, that serves true, real Wagyu Beef! Most advertise it, but, truly have the Western Wagyu sold by the Butcher Block Meats! Not truly, Japanese Wagyu Beef that costs between $125.00 to $150.00 per lb.. The so called "Lobster Tail" looks so small. The Rib-Eye and New York steaks are the thinnest I have ever seen served in a Las Vegas restaurant. Very small portion of Filet. The Buffet service appears to be very small sampler's of meats and lobster. But, is it truly, "All You Can Eat" of these dishes? If so, a very good value! Careful, the raw salmon could have parasites and/or worms in it and harmful, if not frozen before serving raw or cooked. Surprised the volume of meats and foods at this buffet. Sold, as a very good value and fun to have a cooking burner at the table to cook the food. Thank You for this video review.
