I'm going to let you in on a secret of mine. The sadness I felt seeing Luigi lose, was deeply soften by seeing the joy that fans of Tails felt when he won. Not every episode is going to end the way you want it to. But the fights where your favorites DO win are made all the more amazing and joy filled. So never feel bad for the loser of a fight, they are still an amazing character and they put up an amazing fight worthy of being respected for. You are not wrong for loving a loser, because if you truly love them so dearly that it hurts you to see them get hurt. Then they are far, FAR from being a loser. Again I must commend you for your levelheadedness when it comes to these videos, most people fly off the handle a tad to easily and even on your less then happy results you still keep it together. Kudos! And, I swear I will only stop once you watch it, please watch Peach vs Zelda, the fight is the exact opposite to what you would ever expect it to be, but as always, I can wait as long as needed!

So what's your response to the fact that they Clearly knew that Tails have a short flight time but not only made him fly for 2/3 rds of the battle but say one of the key parts to him winning would be to fly out of Luigi's range for most of the fight! Not only are they contradicting their own data, their not putting that Luigi has a Super high Super jump (super paper Mario) that MAY reach Tails in the air and knock him to the ground. They poorly did this fight and not only that they rigged it tail's favor (they've said it themselves that they're sonic fans)

my personal theory on that and anthromorphed animals in general is that though they have an age comparable to a younger person they age in dog years or a similar fashion since most animals have a faster life cycle and "age" much faster including mentally most being mature at about 5 or 6 years old if not sooner. like the video showing that gorillas reach sexual maturity much faster when they discussed that the donkey kong in knuckles vs donkey kong was four generations removed from the one in jump man mario.

First video I've watched from this guy. He's so worth watching compared to many others who do this. He has it in a way that it's not too annoying, he knows when he should skip on to the video, when to pause and tell his opinion on the analysis so far before the video continues, and has some not-so-annoying, but very calming music within it. Very well said. I think I will watch future death battle episodes on your channel from now on since you and many of the other people that post comments are very objective about the results and do not rant about how screwattack is biased when their favorite character(s) die. They work so hard to please and entertain all of us, yet they still are given a hard time. I don't know how they deal with the pressure and countless insults made from so many upset fans that cannot stand to see their character(s) die. Seeing our favorite character(s) die may be hard on us, but I believe it is a lot harder on them. It's always great to see someone look at the battles objectively and still maintain the same admiration that they had for the characters (if any) before and after the battle. Looking forward to your next video.

I think I have a theory about all death battles in one though. It's like the Smash Bros universe, every character comes from it's own universe to an outside universe to fight with and against other characters. About death battle, because all characters in these battles still appear in their future games, the deaths don't count in death battle. Also, with most characters attacking each other with no apparent reason, the universe's "masters", Wizard and Boomstick "specially program" the characters' minds so they'll lose all restraints in a battle to kill one another. But that's just a theory.

was Awesome and totally worth the wait, the action and choreography were simply perfect, the music was amazing, and on a personal note this is the first Death Battle premier I saw where I really wanted one character to survive, and I'm happy to say that he did! Tails, regardless of the outcome of the fight, is a much better sidekick than Luigi, simply because his unique set of abilities from Sonic enable them to do more as a team then individually, unlike the mario bro's. Plus Tails is awesome, easily my second favorite character in the games and it's awesome you love him too. ps. Felicia vs Tao

Luigi becomes invisible and can choose to become intangible to pass through solid objects, such as a mirror or wall. For those of you unclear The Next Death Battle is going to be a 3 way battle between the three Original starter Pokemon(Bulbasaur,Charmander and Squirtle). Since they used Ash's Pickachu for the death Battle against Blanka it is possible they will use Ash( or Misty's) specific Pokemon.

Fun Fact:I actually portrayed Tails in a Shadow the Hedgehog play for a friend of mine who`s a huge Sonic fan in high school.Said friend cast himself as Sonic,naturally.We had a number of technical difficulties setting up the show but it was a fun albeit somewhat odd experience.

Lord Typh Oh. Creepy. lol Thanks for the information! Though I still don't feel I know enough about the two (including Darkrai, to be honest, despite having played Pokemon games) to really say whether or not they would be a good match.

***** Darkrai is essentially the Freddy Krueger of the pokemon world. He's a dark-type legendary with the ability 'Bad Dreams', which damages pokemon passively if they're asleep through nightmares. He also has a signature move known as Dark Void, which causes all opposing pokemon to fall asleep. And, out of sleep causing moves, this is the most accurate too without being Spore (and thus, vulnerable to be rendered moot by grass types). To be honest, I'm not sure if it'd be the best match-up. While Ghostfreak has some speed and strength (as well as intangibility and combat tentacles), the possession aspect would be difficult to implement in a Death Battle. One match-up I WOULD like to see, however, is Kratos Aurion vs Kratos from God of War. In my opinion, Kratos A. would probably win that match-up... but that depends on if they'd actually do that or not. And their findings might be different than mine too.
