This is coming from someone in the Pokemon, Star Wars, Doctor Who, Redwall, How To Train Your Dragon and Kimba the White Lion fandoms. Bronies are awesome! Being someone in so many fandoms myself, I understand what it's like to be a fan of something, even a kids' show, and there's nothing wrong with it. You people are awesome for expressing what you like even though it's different to the majority, and all the haters should leave the internet and rethink their lives!

Dude, when I first heard about this Death Battle, I knew nothing about MLP or Rainbow Dash, yet knew that Starscream would somehow find a way to lose. When I watched the analysis, I was further convinced of the victor being RD, even though I had no idea about the '20% cooler' thing, and just went with 'Starscream just sucks that bad'. Apparently, it was both. LOLZ!!!! P.S. There was even a follow up video to this particular battle and everyone, including hardcore original Transformers fans still knew RD would win with only the two names alone. (20% cooler thing was thrown in as a reference) So, yeah... If the most hardcore Transformers fan doesn't have faith in a transformer against a winged horsey, you know how good that pony is!!

What does Rainbow Dash have in common with Bumblebee? RD and Starscream are both the best fliers of their respective franchises, and both are owned by Hasbro. As for people complaining they could have chosen any version, they chose the most famous. They don't want people complaining like, "Oh my god that's not Starscream!" or "Oh my god, that's not Rainbow Dash!"

technically, using Starscream is impossible, the rules say: MUST BE KILLED, and Starscream can technically never die. Starscream, even so, can create heavy energon explosions in spark form, which can blow up RD. Starscream can also move on it's own

I've been a brony since November of last year. I found out about the cartoon from this episode of Death Battle. I did have a connection to My Little Pony before this from years ago. I was born in time to see My Little Pony Tales unfortunately. As you can tell from my comment saying unfortunately I didn't like it at all because I thought it was too girly for my tastes so I forgot about it until I saw this on my KZbin Recommendations. I even was shocked to find out that grown man watch this. I guess everyone who found out about the cartoon for the first time would be surprised to find out about it lol. I rooted for Rainbow Dash because I thought Starscream was hugely irritating and annoying so much that I actually wanted a character from a girls cartoon to win. After this I forgot about it until last November when I saw it again and this time I was too curious about the cartoon. Because I know man wouldn't watch a girl cartoon if it wasn't good. So my curiosity got too much for me and I looked up to find a website that had episodes of the show and I found one and decided to keep an extremely open mind about it and not judge it right away until I saw it. So I spent 40 some minutes watching the first episode and I found out that I liked it and I actually wanted to get it on Google Play. So I got all 4 seasons of the show and I found out about the 5th season coming out this year so I made it a point to watch all of the episodes to catch up with the series and I made it. I even watched the movies I was so determined to get catch up with the series lol. I'm thinking now to sit through all of the episodes again being the show's now in a hiatus until later this year unfortunately.

+SmalltalkzSpeaks I was worried about my mom finding out about me watching MLP. Even my mom say that I'm too old to watch cartoons or animes. I always say that cartoons and animes are meant to be watched by everyone not only kids. Heck even Walt Disney himself said that cartoons can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike. I moan when people say that cartoons and animes are meant only for kids not adults grow up. I watch MLP because it reminds me of the type of cartoons I grew up with during the 90s the high fantasy cartoons that we had back then. I loved them because they took me to places where mythology beasts roam.

Actually Starscream was probably the best pick for this death battle. but RD had it in the bag as soon as the names were announced. Why? Mach 5. Starscream could reach a maximum of mach 2.8, meaning rainbow was nearly twice as fast him, AND she could go even faster. The only real advantage Starscream had was his bullets and his silver tongue...... but bullets need to hit the target; and with most common bullets only reaching mach 3. Starscream just couldn't keep up.

omg! i think you're my future self! i love RD and mlp too! as you can see my icon is a shadow version of RD (i'm into pokemon too and i got shadow concept from pokemon XD gale of darkness but that's not important) and i have a mlp lamp, princess twilight plushie, applejack plushie, celestia, twilight, RD, applejack, and fluttershy figurines. i also made a story of RD entering super smash bros brawl. though i was unfair and gave her four rounds while my others stories gave the guest brawler only two. XD btw i didnt figure it out until now that she tore him apart with her buccaneer blaze attack. remember "it's so amazing it cant be shown on screen"
