The pistol that can't be detected during a frisk is the 5mm Custom, and Ryan already has that. You can see it in his inventory during the loadout in this video. In a previous Hitman video, he even pause on it and called it "cute," but he clearly doesn't realize that it can go through a frisk without being detected. When you think about it, it's kind of the opposite of the Striker pistol. It's small, quiet and does low damage.

Want to get silent assassin but with an explosion? Grab a CICADA Bodyguard disguise, a fire extinguisher, and remote breaching device (Unlocked in Sapienza). Once the target is on the auction balcony, drop the fire extinguisher and the breaching charges next to him (but not too close or else it would count as an explosion device kill) and book it while detonating the charges when far enough. It would count as an accidental explosion kill. In fact, the Fire Extinguisher/Breaching Charge combo is the best way to do any Elusive Targets with Silent Assassin.

The Striker looks like a 1911. It's either a Magnum Research 1911 .45acp which is not a magnum and the Devs just got confused, or it's a Coonan .357 Magnum 1911.

I haven't done a side by side comparison, so I'm not sure, but when I was using the Striker to shoot guards by the heicopter from the balcony, it seemed like the bullets reached them faster than bullets fired from the suppressed sniper rifles would have. I wonder if they didn't factor distance and bullet drop into pistol shots because players don't normally use the pistols from long range.

I dont expect jack to know alot about this game, but illegal items vs frisked items is different. Illegal items are items you cant have unless you are a specific role. Like how a barber cant carry the saber but a security guard can. Can still be found during a frisk but you can open carry so long as it says it's not an illegal item for your character. Like said I understand that jack knows little about this game as a whole. But gavin and ryan should know that.
