Nothing wrong with doing the bare minimum to see if the engine is good. There's nothing worse than wasting all kinds of time to find out you need an engine rebuild. Hope to see your brother in an upcoming video, the 200 dollar challenge was a fun watch.

Absolutely! No sense in spending too much time without knowing. The engine did sound good in the old girl so I’ll go ahead and spend some time and money on it soon.

The horrible sound at around 10:26 is most likely a broken magnet in the starter case making contact with the armature. My Grizzly 700 did the same thing.

i just picked up a clean 02 grizzly for farm work and hunting all the ones i saw for sale had a winch, was it a factory option or is it just a big coincidence?
@rockspowersports2 ай бұрын
Awesome choice! The winch wasn’t installed from the factory but around that time Yamaha was doing a big promo where if you bought a brand new Atv you could get a WARN winch and have it installed for just $50, so most people did get them.

@rockspowersports2 ай бұрын
Where I live they had titles for new atv’s but anything 15 years or older didn’t require one, You would just write out a bill of sale. Starting next year they will be issuing a title for all ATV’s even older ones.
