It is a tradition at Midway High School to close our Winter Concert with the singing of Let There Be Peace On Earth. Additionally, we invite any MHS Choir Alumni that are in attendance to join us on stage as we sing.

It is a wonderful song. It was sung at my church’s.100th anniversary celebration just recently (this is being written in May 2024). It was also sung at my elementary school graduation family the year I was graduating in the early 1970s. That was the first time I heard it.
