Concur; bolt-ons should basically be plug-and-play and relatively easily installed with no tuning required.

APR Cold air intake,APR Coil packs/OEM Spark plugs,Big Bore turbo inlet,front lip kit/side skirts,Trunk & Roof Spoiler,AWE Catback exhaust,Tint windows,Wrap roof,Tuning Chip,CTS Turbo HP Aftermarket Radiator quick question if I got all these parts installed (yes I know some of these mods are for the outside of the car and add no hp) but for the parts that do add hp what stage tune should I get?? Bolt-ons are considered everything/anything you can take off and put back on without fabrication (i.e wheels, brakes, rotors, turbo's) for turbos you don't have to tune a turbocharged car they are factory tuned for forced induction already! now injectors are a different story cause those will almost certainly need to be tuned after a certain LBS so yes doing some head work would still be considered bolt-on since it has to be un-bolted to change things out, and bolted back on

I feel like bolt on are very self explanatory items let’s say you have a Mustang and you take the intake Off and put a new one that’s a bolt on but some cars do require a tune so if someone says my car has full bolt ons I just take it with a grain of salt it really depends what scenario if my car has full bolt on It could have a tune it because it’s pretty much plugging something in and you’re replacing the old stuff with new stuff usually are talking about a box tune or tune that comes with the mod could be it too and that just makes it where you can put on the items not to need to get the best performance but usually I’m not talking about turbos or superchargers I feel like if the car previously had turbos or superchargers. That you can say full bolt ons and I would assume that you bolted on new turbos but if your car previously didn’t have it I wouldn’t consider that to be full bolt ons

most cams are just throw in ready, while using the stock timing gears. unless stage 3 or higher then they have to be degreed with adjustable cam gears to get proper power
