Letitia has a phenomenol instrument. Don't worry about all the criticisms of the past, present and future. All the greatest singers get it. Take the constructive criticism as building blocks of refinement and ignore the unconstructive criticisms. You've got a gift of voice that lifts and heals and is beautiful for the soul. Keep rising. And Duncan...what a beautiful voice and gift you have too. Leann Rimes. ..love that she recognises that singing is about how it makes one feel.

I had the incredible opportunity to see Elton John and George Michael perform live, singing 'Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me.' So for me, this was more, over singing an iconic song. Louder isn't better.

@@TinyDancerO I agree with that principal but I don’t think that can be said about Leticia. Duncan seemed to feel the only way to win was to overpower her so, it did come across a bit shouty on his part. Leticia just has that powerful a voice, IMO.

You get less than 5 minutes to show how good you are with a song thst doesnt necessarily suit you. So it must be very hard to put the right amount of feeling and vocal ability. They will never win over everyone. Bad comments are not necessary. You aren't taking the plunge and risking lots so if you haven't got expert knowledge, shut it. Those saying Letitia yelled or used too many quills mustn't like Mariah Carey. Give the contestants a break. They are all fantastic and not every song will suit a singer

Duncan is a solid man with a real talent - he needs a break and time to show he is steadfast and an actual commercial artist with some support and mentoring. Letitia will not make it in the real world until she learns what is venting her pain vs what is singing and creativity. She does not know how to use her instrument as an offering to others.
