It's funny that I was talking with my mom about countries that is not participating in Eurovision. I said to her that Andorra (first country popped in my head) had a good song and last performed in 2009. She said "Oh yeah Andorra is a country! Did they really participated?" I was going on with lists who was not participating anymore and countries who potentially will return. Than I said to her that I want to see Andorra on stage. Here I now am with this video 😂 Potentially; Kazakhstan, Qatar, Liechtenstein and Egypt, Hungary, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania Some countries are part of EBU but will never return; Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Morocco Not part of EBU and will not participate; Kosovo, Belarus, Russia Never participated but eligible to do; Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Lybi, Tunisia, Vatican City Let's see who is gonna join Eurovision
