I'm quite surprised that you feel this way about liver. Here in South Africa we eat it regularly, it's very healthy to get in your iron. We cut it into bit pieces, grill onions, tomato, tomato paste, lovely herbs if you have favorites, etc and we eat it for breakfast with toast to one side. We eat mostly sheep liver.

Thank you for today's cleaning motivation 😇 I love when you grab a large trash bag like this and start to trow away everything. I always hope to see some magazines, fashion/beauty catalogues or any old clothes that can't be donated going in it or directly in the kitchen bin as I struggle so much to toss those things. Sometimes I'm wondering it it could be magazines/catalogues when you're decluttering mail from far or behind the countertop haha I hope that whenever you notice you need to toss something nicer like those things and off course that your adress isn't on the cover, that you'll find an angle we can figure out what it was while tossing it among the regular trash so there's no way back for it once it's tossed.

I really hear you on the liver stuff 😷 our German shepherd is on a raw food diet. So I go to our butcher usually once a month along with stuff from my husband hunting (deer, duck, pheasant, turkey and fish) to bacically meal prep for our dog 😅 I wear gloves but the slimeyness gets me everytime, liver is the worst. By far the grossest thing to smell is the green tripe though, or if I let the fish thaw too much.🤮

I've heard you talk about some health stuff a lot... have you been tested for celiac disease? I mention because 80% of us are undiagnosed and it's under-tested for in the US. You remind me a lot of what I was going through right before I was diagnosed. Chances are you don't have it, but it's a simple blood test and worth ruling out if you can. Good luck!

A half gallon of water??? I drink a minimum of 96 oz. a day! A gallom-which is recommended amt daily- is 128 oz

Only you would dehydrate liver. I thought you were going to eat it like jerky . I was relieved to her you say you were turning it into pills!, BTW the snot comments cracked me up. You are someone I could be best friends with. I get you! Does your husband think your funny or is he annoyed by you. I’m ferral and ADHD as well but my hubs has no sense of humor. I recently told him that I noticed that female squirrels had large butts compared to the males. He was so annoyed . I was dying 😅.
