Hi Wayne. I just bought the 268C and windows 10 sees it as a Westbridge after loading General Driver and SDK download. The QHY EZcap program won't see it at all. Did you have any problem with running your 268C?

Gerard- hey there. I didn't have any problems at all. Some pointers tho-make sure the camera ISN'T connected when you download either the ascom platform and the qhy drivers. If I was you I'd uninstall what you installed then on qhy website under downloads you'll find a new qhy ccd "package download" and choose what type I. E Windows 10 ascom or indi version. Also be sure that if your system is a x64 bit (which most Windows 10 is) select these versions for your various programs and drivers.. Hope this helps!

@@waynescave3844 Hi Wayne. Can you put a link to the "package download" please as all I can find is the All in One Pack for Windows. So I have to download Ascom and the drivers do I?

@@astrogerard2022 yes the All in one pack is the one I mean, is there a wizard you follow when you install this pack? Yes you also want to Google ascom platform download and install the latest ascom platform from ascom website. Doesn't take long but definitely need this too! Again, I'd suggest doing this once you know you've deleted all old ascom qhy drivers! Then your computer should know what to select when you finally plug the camera in 👍

So all in all for your qhy268c you should have the all in one pack from QHY website and also ascom platform downloaded. (you'd need this for all your devices to communicate anyway) 👍

@@astrogerard2022 just wanted to double check, are you trying to run the camera through kstars and Ekos or a windows software like NINA or SGPro?
