mam why dopamine is also not correct for q2 liKe NA dopamine iS also increasing DBP and SBP ?

dopamine is usually used in moderate dosages in clinical settings.. That's why according to it, only sbp is increasing..

May b because sbp and dbp are getting effected based on dopamine conc but noradrenaline irrespective of conc is effecting both sbp and dbp
