@@paranoiarpincess Because it was over a decade ago and every SD card I had was corrupted. We didn't have common use cloud storage and at the time I didn't realize SD cards had an expiration date. None of it was backed up anywhere. I probably have videos on an old external HDD but I wouldn't even begin to know where to find it.

@@itsuranus9479 thanks for taking the time to reply. Sorry I'm such a skeptic, I still don't 100% believe the story, but it's one of those things where I wouldn't unless I saw it all myself. To be honest, even if there were photos, the way my brain works, I'd probably convince myself they're not real anyway. Please don't take offense to this though. You told your story, it was great, and very very well written, and at the end of the day that's what matters most to me :). I hope you do find some footage some day though as I feel like people would pay quite a lot for that stuff! Hope you have a great day.

@@paranoiarpincess Don't feel bad. I don't believe it either. It's a distant memory now and the only thing that keeps it alive are the people around me who won't allow me to forget it. Even the original reddit post was at the beckoning of a friend who was there to see it. It took me 3 days to type it. I don't really mind if anyone doesn't believe it. The one about the spirit shimmering in glitter, I believe that. I believe in the paranormal, and that some of us are more in tune to it than others. My mother had a level of it, I do, and so does my daughter, who is now 18. She still does, but differently than when she was little. She used to see, as she'd say, people who were hurt, but they were different shiny swirly colors. Some pink, some blue, some orange, some green etc... I'll never forget one day when she was about 7 and we were at a red light. She freaked out and begged me to run it because the "shiny purple man who's head was hurt" was scaring her. Apparently she saw him standing on the corner, I saw no one at all. She wasn't faking her reaction!

I haven't heard that part of the story yet I know exactly what you are describing. I've experienced it multiple times. The sensation of a person leaning over me and screaming at the top of it's lungs yet no sound is coming out. It's a very distinct and creepy feeling

In the early hours of the morning, around 2 am, I was out for a walk with my dog in a quiet residential area. Out of nowhere, my dog started barking and growling, seemingly at nothing. Despite the empty streets, my curiosity got the best of me and I decided to follow her lead. I tugged on her leash, urging her towards the direction she was fixated on, but she resisted and planted her feet firmly on the ground. Determined, I continued to pull her along until we reached the exact spot she was fixated on. Suddenly, she let out a sharp yelp, leaping back and howling as if she had been electrocuted or struck. However, to my bewilderment, there was absolutely nothing and no one in sight. In that very moment, I was overcome with an eerie sensation, as if someone was watching me intently, causing goosebumps to ripple across my skin. It was completely out of character for my usually calm and composed toy poodle to behave this way, leaving me baffled as to the meaning behind it all or what she might have seen
