The plaintiff used to date the defendant. The plaintiff purchased an iPhone and ring for the defendant. After their breakup, the defendant said she'd return the ring and iPhone but never did, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff gave her all sorts of gifts during their relationship. The defendant believes the plaintiff is just mad that they broke up. The defendant is countersuing for the deposit on the ring and defamation.

The plaintiff is confusing bisexuality with polyamorism. For her to say that she is bisexual so therefore it should be obvious she would cheat? Dead effing wrong. If she wants to be in a poly relationship, good on her. But she needs to find someone who understands what you're talking about when you use the wrong words. Eypatch defiantly wasnt all the way genuine but you can't buy someones love. You can get a prepaid phone right in the store. Its a flip phone or crappy android. Oh well. Better than nothing. No contract or ties to it. I pay $140 for 4 phones and got the free phones that came with it. My brother wanted a iphone. He paid for the upgrade in full price. If you cant afford to lose the money then don't loan it in cash or items. Period. You can't sue everytime a relationship doesnt work out, thinking theirs a refund on money you spent.
