Obviously if you are in the military on a foreign assignment you can’t just quit the job whenever you want to. I think anybody would understand not being able to see your child in that situation. But you could use the time when you are on leave to go to the town your child lives in and try every legal move possible to see them. And before doing that use any free time you may have to try to set things up in advance, like hiring a lawyer or contacting the court or asking family and friends (who live closer to the child) to help you lay the groundwork. The problem is that many parents who say they aren’t allowed to see their kids are just giving up too easily or are making excuses. P.s. If you have serious health issues that might be a valid excuse but it just depends, and still you might not be trying hard enough. And of course the custodial parent could be completely unreasonable. But again, if you are willing to fight for visitation, using all your energy, time, and resources I think a person would find a way to see the child. If your ex is crazy enough to disappear with the child then that’s a different story. Then doing “everything you can” will apply.

The state where the litigants are is quite malicious . She cancels the insurance , then they put a fine on the registered owner for no insurance . She was a registered owner , so the fine goes on her. They make her pay them when she goes to register her vehicle . Also take it out of her state income tax - $3800 . Now go to court and make the ex boyfriend pay it . Let him pay for the misery that your in for those fines. Miserly loves company. Anyways the defendant didn’t pay his child support ; do your think he’s gonna pay the judgment? Only what the show gives as a stipend .
