This low impact workout is an amazing dumbbell-only workout for your lovely legs! Grab your some heavy dumbbells and be ready to work through the the best ways to target and grow your legs!

In today’s workout we will work for 45 seconds for each exercise and rest for 15 seconds between each of our 3 rounds. We will complete all 3 rounds before moving on to the next exercise so be ready to stay focused and put in the work. Pick up your heavy weights, it's time to CRUSH IT!

Ok....quads!!!! Man those wall sits at the end just destroyed me 😅 My favourite exercise was the heavy sumo lifts, i used my 20kg(44 pounds)! Definitely feeling this one tomorrow! Thanks Sydney 💖

I will admit, I did not want to do this workout. I was feeling tired, stressed and overwhelmed with all that I have to do today. I choose to show up for myself! I choose to stay consistent! I am happy that I crushed it! Woot woot!! Thank you Sydney! 🏋️‍♀️💪

Woah- perfect Hulk green colors for this workout! Wanted to give up during last set but Sydney’s motivational talk kept me going. A pure mental game at the end! Great work to everyone who showed up today!!

Crushed it! I leave tomorrow for vacation, unable to bring dumbbells, so I’ll be bringing my resistance bands and doing the low impact and body weight exercises

Sydney- you are so wonderful. I love that you take the time to coordinate. I love the look of the whole stage today! Great effort! Favorite exercise- not sure, I did the basic inner leg lift and I could really feel it on rounds 2 and 3, the Wall sit had me happy I was holding it and thanking God when I released it! The heal lifted swats made me work and also work on balance! Whole thing was packed with goodness.....

That was a challenge but I loved it!!!I am surprising myself these days on how much I have been pushing myself to go heavier. I am seeing changes in my body. I am so happy. I will be 58 in two days and feel I am in the best shape of my life. I cannot thank Sydney enough for always giving us such Amazing workouts!!!! Love her! 🥰
