Dude ffs, never ever underestimate cocktails. That's a mistake I made. Especially the ones that have more than 30 ml per serving. Went to a friend's party. The friend herself was the bartender. She offered to make me a cocktail which tasted really good, so I wanted her to make another and then another. And I drank 180 ml of alcohol with just 3 drinks. I was shook. 😂

So her hammered or wasted is around a 3.7 oz of pure alcohol (an easy way to compare and add different drinks), for me, wasted or hammered is more like 9-10 oz. I assumed a glass of wine is 5oz and an abv of 13%. I also assumed the cocktail is around 2 oz of 40% worth of liquor.

When I drink a lot just make sure to drink tones and tones of water when your done so you can avoid a hang over it works like everytime as long as your not like very very pissed drunk to the point of passing out but if you fall asleep or throw up just drinking water can still avoid a hangover it’s amazing you have to try it when you have finished drinking

When I was a teen and started drinking I got so drunk I threw up everywhere on the streets. After that I got drunk but never Dead Drunk. Never passed out. An advice to those who don't want to deal with the hangover: -level 1 have a 1000mg aspirin with lots of water and squeezed lemon juice. -level 2 take a big dose of vitamin C and B1 your headache and hangover will mostly go away Tip: Don't eat fatty, sugary or super salty stuff it makes it worse. Instead go for sour krout and other pickles or sour soup.(yeah I know they salty but will still help)

I have alcohol flush syndrome (also called Asian flush because so many Asian people have it) so when I drink I basically get an early hangover, which is the negative symptoms of a hangover whilst I’m drinking.
