**Michael Saylor’s 10 Observations** 1. **Focus your energy:** Your energy is limited, and trying to accomplish too many things can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unproductive. Instead, focus on doing one thing well. 2. **Guard your time:** Protect your time from people and activities that don't contribute to your goals. Being mindful of how you spend your time can help you stay on track. 3. **Train your mind:** Practice and develop your skills in areas that matter to you, such as music, math, or engineering. 4. **Train your body:** Take care of your physical health because it's essential for overall well-being. If your body breaks down, it will affect other aspects of your life as well. 5. **Think for yourself:** Don't let others dictate what you believe or how you live your life. Be critical of the narratives and messages that you encounter and make your own decisions. 6. **Curate your friends:** Choose the people you surround yourself with carefully. You don't need many friends, but the ones you have should be positive influences in your life. 7. **Curate your environment:** Create a safe and productive space for yourself, whether it's your home or your workplace. Make sure that your surroundings support your goals and well-being. 8. **Keep your promises:** When you make a promise, keep it. This will help you build trust and credibility with others. 9. **Stay cheerful and constructive:** Negativity can drain your energy and distract you from your goals. Stay positive and focus on constructive ways to address challenges and setbacks. 10. **Upgrade the world:** Use your skills and talents to make the world a better place. Whether it's through your work, your hobbies, or your interactions with others, strive to leave a positive impact on the world around you.

In my opinion, making a smart investment is not only a technique for earning passive income, but also a profitable way of saving for future expenses. People who fail to make the proper judgments early in life often come to regret it later in life. Nonetheless, investing alone can be difficult and risky. As a result, I recommend obtaining an expert’s assistance. The challenge is not just watching videos and reading investing books; it is about implementing information effectively.

If you are properly prepared and have the necessary knowledge, every crisis/crash/inflation or recession offers equal market opportunities. I've seen people accumulate up to $800,000 during crises and even do so with ease in a terrible economy. No doubt someone has become enormously rich as a result of the crisis.

That's because it's not entirely honest. Say, how does the value of a fixed-base coin continually increase? Is that relative to inflation? This implies exchange with inflationary currency. However, if Bitcoin were to predominate wouldn't it then be subject to the immense inflationary/deflationary spikes of the 1800s dollar? If yes, would that not make it an inferior monetary vehicle? If no, how would its value continue to increase? By way of an increase in the human population? Then how does that population not become owned by unfair price manipulators since Bitcoin's design makes it hard to seize? Would a solution be address/coin banning? If so, does that mean financial crimes will increase Bitcoin's value? These hard questions are not addressed. This piece is closer to propaganda with its "HODL forever" mentality...

@@Mavendow You speak like a maximalist, and the world (almost) NEVER works like that - in a maximalist way. Bitcoin(-equivalents) will take a lot/ majority of the market share, or will force governments to have competition, making government monetary systems less exploitative over time (same as free market principles have positive effects on any free marketplace of anything valuable). Doesn’t mean crypto will (necessarily) take over ALL of the monetary classes. There is co-evolution of “currencies” going on here that nobody can be 100% SURE about how it will play out in the long-term; but old system, as a rule, ossify & get taken over/ out-competed by new, young, innovative & risk-embracing systems (as is with people, so is with companies ^^). Same here. I would say that, coming out of school, I kind of had a sense of how little I knew about economics though. Through elective classes as well as through learning more about economics in my free time out of interest, and seeing the breadth and depth of topics that my degree barely touched on. For my undergrad economics degree at least, i would say it was centered on the foundational trends in micro/macroeconomics. But Michael is completely right that economics is so incredibly complex, and that we as a society don’t address its problems as if that were the case. Our global economy is an emergent system that no one person can completely comprehend, unfortunately. And I think he’s also right that we are going to be facing some economic hardships in the near future resulting from how we’ve chosen to manage that system.

what i like about this interview, which is not something we see often with saylor's various social media snippets and sound bytes, is that you can tell he has spent thousands of hours thinking about every single point and contention about bitcoin. he barely stops to collect his thoughts, it's like he's already had the answer for every question about bitcoin from every possible angle.

Yes, finally feel like there's a way to explain it that people can understand easily. However, I think at this point, we can see that many governments are malevolent - they want to crash their own economies to get a global bailout from the great resetters.

Fascinating discussion. Is it still advisable to keep idle funds in a savings account with an average interest rate of 0.85%? I am seeking a more effective means of diversifying my portfolio, considering the prevailing inflation and the substantial tax implications associated with cryptocurrency gains. Additionally, given the recent decline in stock prices, housing, and the overall financial market, I am interested in learning the most efficient approach to make my money work for me while minimizing the impact of market fluctuations during this bear market. Do you have any recommendations or tips to share?
@jessicasquire Жыл бұрын
Honestly, I have been contemplating the market volatility for the past year, and it seems that many individuals are unsure about how to navigate this bear market, especially if it is their first experience with such conditions. Going from reaching all-time highs to incurring significant losses can be quite disheartening. Have you considered consulting a certified financial analyst (CFA) to develop a customized diversification plan tailored to your specific portfolio? Personally, I recently achieved a milestone of earning my first $100,000 during a period of significant shifts in Federal Reserve policies. You might want to consider investing in reputable mutual funds such as Vanguard, Schwab, or Fidelity. Cryptocurrency can also be lucrative due to its high returns, but it's important to exercise caution. Opting for stock-based mutual funds could be a prudent choice to mitigate risks.
@Erikkurilla01 Жыл бұрын
As I approach my retirement in the coming months, I would greatly appreciate any advice you can offer. I have actually attempted to engage the services of a certified financial analyst (CFA), but it has been challenging to find one who possesses a comprehensive understanding of various sectors. I value a holistic approach and believe that if I cannot have a well-rounded perspective, it may not be worthwhile. I am open-minded and eager to explore different possibilities.
@jessicasquire Жыл бұрын
Finding the perfect CFA for my needs was a process that required some time and effort. However, once I connected with the right group of CFAs, everything fell into place, and my investment journey has been consistently positive since then. I attribute a significant portion of my profit margin success to the guidance and expertise provided by my dedicated CFA.
@Lemariecooper Жыл бұрын
You seem to have been fortunate in finding reliable individuals with strong ethical principles in the investment field. In contrast, I have faced challenges in connecting with such individuals, and as a result, I have experienced a significant loss of £103k over the past few months. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide me with an introduction to your trusted CFA, as I am in dire need of effective diversification options at this point.

I am unable to provide extensive details, but I can share that STEPHANIE KOPP MEEKS is the CFA responsible for managing my portfolio. She possesses exceptional intelligence, thoughtfulness, caution, and boasts an impressive set of credentials. You can easily find more information about her online.
