@@dissentoffroad Yes indeed! I have been aware of you guys since I seen that first LX600 build you mention, in person. I really loved it and definitely looking forward to customizing the LX700h, because it will be our dedicated adventure 4x4. I have been hoping for a proper offroad LX model, more like the LC 300 GR Sport for North America, since they released! I look forward to seeing these beautiful bumpers in person. They are beautiful and suit the elegant LX curves so well😊

@@_beanswick2054 You kinda have to figure that, let's say for an FJ80 series, an equivalent front/rear bumper and slider set up from them would cost probably 5k, not including them installing it. That's a product they've got dialed in and have been selling for years so the man-hours of development are spread across everyone that ever bought one. These are custom builds with, like you said, a LOT of hours spent on RnD. It doesn't surprise me that it's 45k for the Lexus build, and you're paying for the convenience of not having to figure it all out yourself (plus the guarantee it's gonna work in the end because they're experts). I'd don't have 45k of incoming sitting around to go toward armoring up my FJ80, but that's why I'm also not buying an LX600 any time soon, lol

We need the 300 GR-S back in the US with front and rear lockers. The LC 250 and GX550 are cool but some want tanks that will last 20 years. :). Until then I am inhaling Australian LC300 build videos and wondering how much it would cost to import an LC300 from Mexico. :).
@beagler42343 ай бұрын
Just get a 200. The 3URFE is superior to all this forced air nonsense.

US Nissan folks do the same thing. Drool over all of the awesome Patrols they have in Australia and the UAE. 😊
@floofy1173 ай бұрын
GR-S not GRX. And the LC250/Gx550 will last just as long. You should know that since you watch the Australian build videos, they have plenty of LC Prado video (the LC 250 is a prado). You could probably import one of the first or 2nd gen Prados in the US now since they meet that dumb 25yr requirement your chicken tax caused.
