Interesting review, in 7 years time the Lexus will still be reliable but the mini owner would be cursing himself for not selling it before the warranty expired after spending lots on repairs.

@@brandonpollard8928 Neither of these cars are exciting let's be honest. They are small SUV's at the end of the day. You can certainly separate them on quality and reliability though and the truth is the Mini can't compete with the UX. Looks are subjective but I think the Lexus looks far nicer than the retro cutsy style of the Mini.

Lexus vibrates badly in a hill road between speed 70 and 100 km/h. It is chame that no journalist mention this huge issue in all lexus hybrid cars. I can't absorb this issue in a car that is so expensive. Hopefully the car journalist can start review cars as normal people drive them and not as a speed maniacs. Briefly lexus hybrids should be tested between speed 70 and 100 km/h until lexus finds a solution to it.

I owned the F Sport ( non hybrid ) for a year and had to lemon law it. The car had a constant vibration on the floor and gas pedal that would not go away. More than 10 dealer visits and they were unable to fix it. First they said “yeah we see the vibration “. Then when they were unable ti fix it they said “ vibration is normal behavior”. F it, Lemon law it and I wont EVER in my life own another toyota product.

Hopefully more voices will join because Toyota and its daughter Lexus are fooling the world with that reliability story. Their cars suffer from vibrations all the way.
