Hello Lex, I'm impressed by your maintenance channel. Quality Assurance Inspector with three licenses. Mech refrigeration journeyman Journeyman Gas Fitter- Journeyman Plumber, all three licenses over 45 years. You never stop learning, only losers criticize a man when working on becoming better. BTW: Pfister warranties products for life, just register the items. Keep being awesome Lex.

Yes. I usually hit the ol GFCI switch on it or the breaker. Good to hear from you, Nate!

Just replace the spray head if you got them on hand. Don't worry about what the chest thumpers tell you. You need to keep to your schedule not theirs. Has the plumber for 32 years I would have replaced the spray head

That breaker was a head scratcher for me. If the connection was bad due to the copper wire not making proper contact, that should have created micro archs, then heat, then failure at the connection or melted wire. I've had that happen before. I wonder if just by you removing the breaker and turning it on and off a few times reset it internally. Strange one for sure.

Whoever that “subscriber” was who was going at you sideways for just replacing a part, I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess it’s some disgruntled resident who probably watched two videos on how to fix the issue but now think they know everything. I see it almost daily when doing work orders so now instead of just braking it down Barney style for them I just go deep into the technical terms to let them know they don’t actually know what they’re talking about.
