I have the same refrigerator and issue. I just fixed it by ONLY removing the gray ice guide that you said you broke a tab on. Use a long flat head screw driver and press where the tabs are while gently pulling down and side to side. Came out really easy then you can just glue the flap without removing anything else.. took 2 minutes

Thank you. I have exactly the same problem. Yes, just used hot glue for the flap and the sprout also. Cost $0. Later on if it blroke again, I will re-glue or buy new flap and sprout

I bought the new parts because you never know when they will stop making them but so far the fix has worked...still going strong.

Have a similar model (LSC27910ST) and water tubing to dispenser broke at the bottom of freezer door. The dispenser is almost identical to this one. Do you know if the little nipple below the ice door is removable to access the water hose to pull it out of door for replacement?
