How to enter LG tv hotel mode code settings.
Press and hold the settings button for at-least 5 sec.
Enter pass : 1105 and press ok button.
Done.
Power on Status.
Volume control.
Key management.
Limited mode - options.
- setup menu.
- programme change.
- menu display.
- OSD display.
- system provider mode.

OMG.. After 3 weeks and almost giving up threatening to toss the TV out the window. Thank You!! Finally found a video that helped me set the volume. Our kid has been driving us insane turning the volume up to the max. I was able to set the max volume to 10 and we're so happy!. Thank You!.

Thank you, worked a treat - settings button was in a different button on Portuguese TV and only showed channel viewed after 5 seconds but code worked.

Carl, your videos are amazing, I was able to get my Samsung into Service mode and was able to get my DVR working. I just purchased a LG - 65" Class - OLED - C9PUA, I tried to change the region but the only option is US Canada and Mexico or Other that does nothing. Is there a way to get it into service mode or another way to change the region so I can plug in a HDD to the USB and get the DVR working.

If you can enter the service menu, you can change the region, but be very careful, because you can "brick" the TV.

​@@CarlCosmos10 ​Yes I wanted to try before my return period to the store is up on Aug 1 :) So I found another video and I was able to get into the TV using a harmony remote by adding a new device 47LE5300-UC then I added a EZ-Adjust button and EZ-Adjust Password: 0413. I changed to Europe:3122 but I still did not have the DVR function. Works well on 2018 & 2019 webos models grey for setting last power status, default channel /input & volume. The only issue is it seems to disable alexa and Google Assitant which is a real pin in the backside. I just want to be able to set power status to last and default input and vol without disabling Alexa/Google and account management settings.

@@enjoygames6118 can you use the LG ThinQ or LG TV Plus App to connect to it via Wi-Fi (phone) & Lan cable (TV if Wi-Fi not set up) then use the virtual remote to enter the hotel menu to turn them back on?

Do you have to have a commercial LG to access this or is it on the consumer LG as well? Holding the settings button on my LG is not performing the same way as on the video. Wasn't sure if an internet connection was required...

No internet connection is required and it should work on consumer devices. Maybe it is different on your model.

LG 43UQ7590 used as photo display. Put it into Hotel Mode and set IR Operation to Block All. This is to prevent the photo display from responding when I turn my main LG TV in the same room on and off. All OK. Then wanted to turn off Hotel Mode so entered the 1-1-0-5 sequence again. But did something wrong as now the Quick Access settings menu comes up. I can't exit that menu since the remote is blocked. Tried leaving TV off for a day - still the Quick Access menu comes up. Tried inserting a USB drive with updated firmware for the TV but can't select the Yes/No options to continue the update. Is my only hope getting a service remote? Thanks much.

I guess the service remote is the way. If you have a smartphone it IR blaster you can download the app with the service remote and try it.

Unlock it from the hotel mode and you can add more apps from the store.

@@CarlCosmos10 I did unlock it, but I can't add more. I don't have an appstore app. When I turn the hotel/signage mode off I unlock the hidden menu in the settings which let's me tick the preloaded apps. Also Netflix is installed but it's hidden and onoy launcheable via a remote with netflix button and the problem is it logs off after turning the TV off.. I also can't access the installer menu by pressing settings/menu several times.
