Hi LG, have a question: I loaded a 10lb load of clothes (no towels/bedding) and set it to wash+dry on cold water, and its claiming a run time of 4hrs and 30min, not the 2hrs claimed by the giant ad on the front when it was unboxed. Any idea why the run time is so high? Any way to make it faster, closer to the 2hr time thats promoted?

I am constantly getting partially dried clothes. I dried towels for three hours and they still weren't dry. The moisture in the drum is terrible when the door is opened. Lint is always around the door opening The lint filter is wet and moisture drops from the door when opened when the cycle is completed

Hey there. Items might feel slightly damp after using the heat pump drying system due to its lower temperature operation, which is different from conventional dryers. For damp clothes, either hang them to complete drying or utilize the Dry Only cycle with added time. Ensure you manually select a dry cycle if not using Wash+Dry options and clean the filter post every cycle for optimal performance. Use Delicate or Perm Press for delicate items to avoid overdrying. For wrinkle prevention, promptly remove laundry or use the Fresh Care or KeepFresh features after cycles end. Note that drying times can vary based on the laundry type and chosen settings.
