(0:15) At about 2333/48 at the top of the screen. N115AP climbed into bravo airspace into the path of a then descending VJA827. The linked EWR POV video ("kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4rKqqprYr9_ptk" at 2:40) contains the pilot and ATC transmissions.

What do the three colors of the radar targets signify? White, Green, Blue.

www.faa.gov/air_traffic/publications/atpubs/foa_html/chap3_section_9.html Owned datablocks (being handled by this controller) are white Unowned datablocks (handled by someone else) are green Yellow is point-out traffic (and idents I believe) Red is emergency I don't know about blue.

I'm not a pilot, so I may know nothing, but in this video I think it might indicate which controller holds responsibility for the plane. Green = ARTCC or sector controller, White = approach (the controller we're hearing), Light Blue = tower.

@@somejoe7777 White means that the controller at that scope has radar track ownership. Green means that they do not. The blue/cyan is "highlight" feature that controllers can use if they want to remind themselves about a certain aircraft
