What would you or anyone do with all that old stuff? For collectors and archivists, it's less of a gift and more of a boon to help them fulfill their life's work. If you're a collector as well, I understand the jealousy, however Clint takes very good care of the exhibits. Much better than most would, I'm sure.

Some people really need to learn how to package stuff for posting. Here in the UK, even if we're just sending something to the next town, we wrap it in bubble wrap, put it in a padded envelope, wrap that up in bubble wrap, put that in a box, encase the whole thing in frozen carbonite and then bribe the Royal Mail to not steal it.

16:03 DUUUDE. THAT'S MY JAM! Or the firs two are, "The mind's eye" and "Beyond the mind's eye" are both classics in my nerdy family. They were early examples of CGI before it was everywhere. That Gateway 2000 is a work of art. Next to Packard Bell, Gateway 2000 made some of the coolest systems in the '90s. My aunt's Gateway 2000 P5-100 XL was the first computer I ever used, playing Sierra's "Mixed Up Mother Goose Deluxe" on it in the summer of 1995. And I would love to see you do a video on these computers.

If you liked "Odyssey Into the Minds Eye" you might like to know that it is apart off a four video series. The four videos in the series are "The Minds Eye" (1990), "Beyond the Minds Eye" (1992), "The Gate to the Minds Eye" (1994), and "Odyssey Into the Minds Eye" (1997). In my opinion the first two videos in the series are the best. Also, there are numerous spin-off series like "Imaginaria" and "Computer Animation Festival" for example. Most of the Minds Eye videos are easy to find on KZbin too.

It's more about the memories made while playing that game. Made many friends there, including my girlfriend of 10 years. AO has a lot of sentimental value to me. I remember seeing a bunch of those Nintendo PC joysticks at a local Odd Lots (Big Lots) back in the late 1990s, pretty sure going for around $7.99 in the box. Always meant to get one but never did. And that Journey Through the Mind's Eye? I have a DVD of that; full of trippy CG video from around 1994, put to music principally by Kerry Livgren, who was with the group Kansas back in the 70s and wrote much of their music, including "Dust in the Wind". Still fun to watch, especially in hindsight.
