Clever little game. I'm happy you pointed out the silliness of the phrase "let's play" and that you don't use that as the title of your videos.

Glad to hear! I'm always playing games, so I figure I may as well record them and post them to pass the time in-between "full reviews".

Well I got bored of it before long, but what I mostly did was what I showed in my Minecraft videos: mined way deep down, explored the vast environments to see what else was there as it was generated around me, and built ridiculously detailed mountain homes or treetop fortresses. It's fantastic for my sense of exploration without purpose, just going out and seeing what happens in this surreal world. But that does get stale before long.

Yes, it's a shame there is no PC release at this point. Atmosphere, this game has it in blissful abundance. Hopefully someday!

Honestly, it's because of its Blade Runner-esque tones that the soundtrack appeals to me! Heavily inspired or rip-off, whatever the case may be it's awesome.

Maybe it is now, I haven't played it in a year or so. With Minecraft Alpha there was absolutely no point at all, it really was just kind of an abstract art tool. You just went around and explored while interacting with the environment however you wanted to. Even with the current Minecraft, I don't think it's a stated required goal that you collect items and build things, it's just one of many options.

Also can't stop admiring visuals in game, can't remember something this appealing to good old 16-bit style games. Colors, music by Disasterpeace, such a nice world to play with.. GoooOood, why only XBLA.

I'm also wondering about what happens to our games on XBLA and such when the next generation comes around. Even games on Steam because frick, that's DRM and you just never know. Now, I buy games on these services because they're convenient (and affordable when you get a sale) but if I have a DRM-free option I go for that anytime. Basically weighing the the balance between how much I want the game vs. cost vs. the risk of the service. DRM-free I'll pay more, DRM games need to cost less to appeal

I take it you haven't been keeping up with my videos because nothing has changed. Hardware reviews are still being made, and regular reviews are still out once a week. Same since 2009. If something has changed, I'm not aware of it. Sure, I'm trying new things in between the normal stuff, because frankly after three years of the same old thing it gets a bit stale. I do this for me and I'm having fun, so if you don't like it, then... darn.

I loves me the Mr. Fez! I Love Village! So many hints! Must Not Help! One thing I will say though, is that this game is awesome for gamers like me who liked Mario, Sonic, Street Fightghter 2, Halo, etc but learned to love Chip's Challenge, Shenmue, Half Life 2, Portal, and Soul Edge + Soul Calibur 1-4 because those games would allow gamers like me to play them. In fact, Fez, like most of my favorite games, rewards me for being focused and thourough. So screw fireballs! I'VE GOT LEMON GRENADES!!!

I'm not going to say it's the best game I've ever played (That's Shining Force on Sega Genesis) but, the Combat System is unlike absolutely anything I've ever experienced before and I highly recommend anyone and everyone that loves RPG's to check it out. Great graphics and so far great gameplay, I'd love to see you take a shot at it.

Fair enough. I started playing games in the early 80's and while there was copy protection, there was no this shit with the online activation and limited number of installations etc there is today. While over the years I have bought many games with DRM, I have now almost stopped (just buying DRM games when they are online mainly games) doing so and focusing on buying DRM free PC games and disc based console games.

the first xbox isnt designed for digital distribution and most of the contents are disc based. I highly doubt MS is going to remove support for xbox360 for at least a decade since MS is making it to a IPTV and a platform for digital distribution. So if it happen that MS decided to remove support, your account and drm is still attached to your account

(remember what happened to the Xbox Live for the original Xbox? ) Cool game and I am considering buying the soundtrack even though it sounds a bit too close to Blade Runner (ie rip off) Well, rip off is a big word, even two, well, small words, but, where was I going with this? Ah yes, thanks for the video.

@askox You're complaining that this man has been sponsored and is being payed for something he loves? You're also going to complain that he is still pumping out great-quality content just more frequently? Before you go and complain about a KZbinr about "selling-out" maybe you should firstly learn what "selling-out" is. Are you a sell out for going to work ever day? I think not, lay off the man, he is enjoying the work he does and doesn't need your childish comments.

Might not wanna look into the people behind a lot of your favorites games :) Behind every great game, somewhere along the line there's a bag of dicks. Sadly, it's essentially unavoidable. Some are just thrown into the media limelight more than others. I think it's a shame to bypass an awesome game because of something like that, but I guess that's just how it is.
