"I've been around a long time, like, all of it." Such an underrated funny line

I think those red boots tortured Chidi more than running his friend over lol.

The red boot in Chidi's face always makes me laugh like a maniac. Poor Chidi!!!

@@paulonius42 I know. I think about halfway through I started wondering if Michael was torturing Chidi. It was just too specific to Chidi not to be on purpose. But it's such a fun episode with some real breakthroughs

@@katemccrea6963 I love how much fun Michael has torturing Chidi, too. Turning philosophical thought experiments into 'real' flesh-and-blood examples was too perfect, and it ended up working on Michael too. Humans don't have it easy making difficult choices like that. Such a great show! :)

@@paulonius42 Eleanor was having just a bit too much fun at Chidi's expense as well lol, but it was a great growing experience for her as well.

This is one of the most iconic episodes that sums up the show itself. Eleanor empathizing with Michael made her realize she naturally behaves like a demon. Michael missed the opportunity to give Jason an actual Pikachu instead of just a balloon. Actually Jason having to train a Pikachu might be another form of torture.
@SessVlogs3 жыл бұрын
I like to think Michael gave him that balloon specifically because it requires very little responsibility...and yet he still managed to overestimate Jason's competence!

There is a video of the actor who plays Chidi doing the full Kierkegaard rap.

This is my favorite episode of the entire series, so funny. Best part is the little girl saying a really bad man ran over her daddy with a trolley. And Janet glitching is the icing on the cake.

I think this was one of the best episodes. I absolutely adore the philosophy aspect of the show. This show gives more than names and topics. It makes you think, I mean it. Anyone who finished the show would understand me. Actually I took couple of days to think after finishing the show. I don't know this show is really one of my favorites for many reasons.

Nice Easter eggs with the cinema in the simulation showing "Strangers Under a Train" and "Bend it Like Bentham"

The writers definitely take the relationship between Jason and Tahani to an interesting place! Brace yourself for unexpected scenes throughout the entire series, there's some great OMGWTF? moments in store.

the video recommended after this one was 'once upon a time' and i got excited thinking it was 'one day at a time' FKFKFKFK but that makes me think, would u consider doing a reaction to that show cuz even tho it hasnt got some intense plot or anything its just cute and enjoyable while also handling pretty serious topics it'll deadass make me laugh and cry in the same scene-

I'm not going to say I related to Michael a little too much at the beginning of this episode, because people equal... umm people equal... uhh... what was it again?
