In our Tai Chi system we have two short routines that don't require a lot of space, so you can easily practice at home. Based on the 24 movement routine, the first one is called Yin / Yang Five elements.

Dans notre système de Tai Chi nous avons deux courtes routines qui ne demandent pas beaucoup d'espace, donc facile à pratiquer à la maison. Basée sur la routine des 24 mouvements, la première se nomme Yin / Yang cinq éléments.
